The primary bedroom boasts a sumptuous king bed and 58” TV, while the second bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed and the third bedroom features 2 cozy twins. Step into the screened sunroom or onto the expansive deck with a BBQ grill, ideal for outdoor gatherings. Additional outdoor space includes a patio underneath the deck and a fire pit (wood not provided), perfect for cozy evenings under the stars. Head down to the private dock, equipped with jet ski floats and a boat slip (approximately 117” wide x 310” long) for your use. Please note that the covered boat slip is not available for use.
