PortAventura Lucy's Mansion - Includes PortAventura Park Tickets

Es con mucha diferencia el mejor hotel del parque, quizás en instalaciones sea similar a las zonas con habitaciones grandes de otros hoteles pero en atención no tiene rival. Es uno de los pocos que permite también un poco de desconexión. Al ser un hotel pequeño no hay muchos huéspedes y es mucho más tranquilo que los demás. La comida es muy buena.

Todo genial,como siempre, hemos estado varias veces y seguro que volvemos pronto! Las instalaciones limpias,muy buena ubicación,el servicio mejor imposible,tod@s los empleados súper amables y atentos !

Just returned from a five night stay at Mansion de Lucy. The staff are lovely and very helpful. Most of the staff speak English. It is a lovely hotel , the rooms are a good size and it is very quiet, with house keeping daily. We stayed half board. The breakfast is a buffet including pastries, yoghurt, cereal, meats, fruits. You can also order from the menu which includes an English breakfast and pancakes. The food is lovely. On the odd day there was a wait for the food so if you are in a hurry to get into the park at 10am go earlier for breakfast. You can get a dine around ticket for the evening meal. We ate at the River Gold buffet, 7.30pm. You get a choice of three sittings. There is a good choice including chips, toasties, lots of vegetables, meats, burgers, hot dogs, fish, fruits, choice of fresh breads and some lovely desserts. My daughter can be fussy but she loved trying new foods. The hotel has a small pool which we didn’t get time to use. There are plenty of sunbeds and places to sit. We ate lunch in the park some days. The food is nice and there is plenty of choice. Check the times for when they open/close as some open later in the day and close early. You get express passes for both theme parks. These are very handy. It does not include the newer ride Uncharted. The wait can be very long for the ride even if you go in earlier at 10am. The express is 30 euros per person for a single use. Guests can go in half an hour early. Again check the app for ride times. Portaventura park is much bigger than last time we came and there are plenty of rides and shows. When we went it was hot so we went for a few hours in the morning and thin later in the day. We need to return as we definitely didn’t see and do everything. Ferrari Land has two fast rides my daughter loved these . It’s small but worth a look around and has plenty of places to eat. It open later in the afternoon. We did do a few hours at the Caribe Waterpark. If staying onside you get a discount however when I checked the online prices we were charged normal price. I bought a cabana for 120 euros which included fast passes. It is nothing fancy and the fan didn’t work. People were very rude and sat outside of it so it wasn’t easy to get in and out. There were people sitting right behind it and there children looked through the gaps so there was no privacy. The woman who sold us the tickets was very rude and we had to ask someone else where the cabanas were. The queues we still just as long even with the passes. Not a very enjoyable day. I did complain about the cabana but the staff member shrugged his shoulders and walked away. The food was nice and my daughter enjoyed the wave pool. We got a taxi down to Salou and spent a few hours looking aaround. I was a little lost in the end so I went into a hotel and asked for a taxi back to the hotel. I decided to upgrade myself to the premium in park hotels. Upon arrival I had my driver help me find the hotel it was located within the gold river complex within Portaventura World. The hotel is a charming building small and quiet with great character. This is my 4th hotel I’ve tried within the hotels at the park and it’s by far my favourite checking in was seamless they give you all you need they took care of my luggage etc as my room wasn’t ready which was fine I was there for the park I arrived around 12. Checkin was seemless beats standing in a queue and going to a luggage locker. Went off to the park about 10 mins later room was ready but didn’t need to go there till later Room was ample only thing I’ll say was there was no water on arrival in the room supposedly there was meant to be but that was sorted after I said. I had welcome drinks at the bar in the evening and they brought around snacks Outdoor pool was closed due to being April but looked fab and hotel restaurant id booked dinner it was also well done and staff very attentive I have to say overall the staff made this place special they drove me to the front of the park to go to Ferrariland always checking everything was ok. If you want a lux theme park experience look no further than this hotel.

Beautiful hotel - immaculate. Gorgeous theming and attention to detail. Exceptional staff - professional, friendly and attentive. Nothing is too much trouble - felt truly spoiled. Food amazing. Unlimited express passes a real bonus. Brilliant holiday! Will definitely return!!!😊

This hotel is smaller and for the more discerning guest. The level of service and attentiveness here is second to none, and the staff are so friendly. Nothing is too much and if there is anything that can be done to make you happy, then rest assured that it will be. This is a fantastic outstanding hotel.

I would have given this review 5 stars had my ipad not disappeared from the room. The hotel is lovely and the staff very nice. We have stayed in other hotels on site but this is by far our best experience. I left my mini iPad on the bed and it’s gone presumably swept up with laundry but how it’s not been located I do not know as surely 2 days on it is ample time to find and now I leave without my iPad. I don’t think it was stolen at all as my son has a far better one than me…I do think it’s been an unfortunate but for me expensive and inconvenient mistake so please take note….don’t leave things on the bed assuming staff will notice!
