I booked through *******. The reservation proceeded without any problem on their platform. I printed the itinerary and also received a confirmation SMS. However, when I showed up at the hotel reception, they did not want to honor my reservation. This created a big problem for me, because I was forced to look for another hotel with availability under a heavy rain. I booked through ******* because I needed immediate accommodation, since a family member died and I immediately moved to Querétaro to attend to the emergency; After 5 hours of travel I received the unpleasant surprise of not having accommodation. I made the reservation at approximately 4:00 p.m. and I showed up at the hotel at 9:00 p.m. Honestly, both ******* and the hotel simply distanced themselves from the problem, it's a shame. Due to this situation I did not become a client of that hotel and I hope to never book again in IGH hotels in my life, their interest in their clients is zero.
