My Husband and I had a wonderful stay. The staff is amazing, the room was very clean the whole place is very clean. Rick the owner is an excellent man he goes above and beyond to make his guest feel safe and happy. My husband and I stayed for 4 nights that's how safe we felt. The parking lot is well lit up. If we ever go back threw El paso again that will be my place to stay. Thank you to the whole staff for a wonderful quite and safe place to stay.

Honestly I don’t think you can find a better hotel at this price in this area. The rooms, while old, were impeccable. The staff very nice and helpful. The breakfast is minimalist but fair enough considering the price paid. Highly recommended.

This is a great discovery for us. We were very pleasantly surprised by the hotel - from the location, to the cleanliness, to the comfort and quality of internet. The front office person was extraordinarily helpful. While the breakfast was there, it was more like a token. However, one should also be see the price he/she is paying. On the whole we enjoyed and will stay again when we are in El Paso.

It was noisy, track noise all night long. Our room's fridge wasn't working. Breakfast was only yogurt, oatmeal, apple, OJ, or apple juice. Coffee was 24/7 but it wasn't working. This place has laundry but you need to bring changes to use.

Bathroom not clean. Shower tub had human hair, tub had film crud and tub was pluged with hair. When problem was reported to staff, they had a I do care attitude. I could not bath and asked to talk to manager . I was denied. Bad overall experience.

Good hotel for the price, however the walls are very thin and not ideal for a light sleeper. I was woken up 3-4 times a night from cars driving by and doors slamming around me. Would definitely recommend earplugs and/or sound machine if you plan on staying here. Super convenient location for me visiting TTUHSC.

The Americas Hotel in El Paso is a great place to stay. It is very close to the Texas Tech medical facilities. The hotel is clean from the front door to the back door. There is someone cleaning all day. The front desk personnel are friendly and ready to help. If you are doing anything in El Paso this us where you want to stay.

Registration staff was friendly and efficient. Stayed only one night. Parking was easy and room was clean.

The hotel is great, very clean and very quiet. It is located at the entrance of El Paso if you are coming from New Mexico, so this worked perfectly for us. Keep in mind that this location might not be good for everyone because it’s on the outskirts of El Paso, so all shops and food options are not very close. The staff was friendly and check-in was very fast. For breakfast, they have coffee, yogurt, juice, cinnamon Danish pastries, muffins and oatmeal. Not the best, but it does the trick to keep you going, especially if you are in a hurry and just passing by like we did. I totally recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

Good hotel that has the basic needs. Didn’t have a glass window to look outside nor an iron.

It is right off the interstate which is nice (the traffic noise didn’t bother me). It is bright white and clean but very dated. The breakfast is just prepackaged danish/ muffins, and yogurt cups. The bathroom had holes in the tile, the shower head was rusted and covered in hard water there was barely any water coming out. I would not stay here again for the price.

We liked the excellent price, large room, cleanliness of the property, and breakfast being included. The only negative was that it was close to the highway which made it a bit noisy.

2nd time staying here in the last 2 months. Really great spot and super convinient location. Rick and Co have been great and are always nice. Can't wait to return!
