La Quinta Inn and Suites-El Paso West Bartlett is located on the west side of El Paso off I-10 Exit 11 - North Mesa just 8 miles from the University of Texas at El Paso UTEP home of the annual Sun Bowl football game. We are located on Bartlett Road on the left side of North Mesa behind the Chilis Restaurant. From here visit some local attractions located in 3 states and 2 countries. Try your luck at the Sunland Park Race Track and Casino. Not too far from there is the War Eagle Air Museum. Our location is also located 9 miles from Downtown El Paso making it convenient to Ciudad Juarez Mexico. There are two shopping malls located within 5 miles from here. Enjoy indoor shopping at the Sunland Park Mall or the outdoor atmosphere at the Outlet Shoppes. There are a variety of restaurants located within walking distance or you can choose from a list of other restaurants within driving distance to enjoy the delicious food of El Paso. When its time to relax you can select from the different room types available at La Quinta Inn and Suites. Choose from the two-room Suites which feature a bedroom and living room with a sleepersofa. Included are a microwave and refrigerator and two separate bathrooms. Also available is the Executive King Suite a spacious one room suite. Not very clean
Room was not properly cleaned life didn't work the bathroom had rust on the tub hair around the drain the floor was not mopped it was hair all over the bathroom

They were nice via text, our bed only had 2 sheets on it ,no blanket or Bedspread then when I went to get covers they had to check if the had one and then gave me a torn quilt type cover. Front doors to hotel were open most of the night with kids and other random people going in and out. Did not feel safe or Comfortable at this Hotel would not recommend to anyone.

The bed sheets were dirty. Toilet wouldn’t flush microwave had error message the surprising thing was that the window was open we could hear all the road noise. I tried closing the window and it wouldn’t close. We didn’t even try to turn on ac we left before we got to that point. The rug was disgustingly dirty would definitely not recommend staying here. Went to go tell the guy at front desk about all issues he didn’t care he just said ok no sorry no nothing, he didn’t offer to change rooms or anything. I told him I was checking out and not staying there because of how nasty it was. So I had to get another hotel very inconvenient.

Hotel hallways were filthy and needed to be vacuumed and the trash receptacles were overflowing with trash on Sunday when I checked in, and they were still the same yesterday when I checked out. The elevator was filthy. The Wi-Fi didn't work on the 4th floor, when I reported it to the clerk on Monday, she shrugged her shoulders and said yeah, I know. No attempt to have it checked or fixed. I was told to take it up with PK at check out. Best yet two nights in a row, pounding on the doors between 1 & 3 in the morning. First night someone have a domestic dispute. Second night the El Paso police pounding on the damn door coming to arrest someone. SMH I will never stay here again.

Filthy & Rundown
I have stayed at a few La Quinta Hotels in the past and they were always clean. Not this one, filthy. The place looks like they are coming in next week to tear it down.

OLD AND DIRTY HOTEL
The staff was really helpful and nice. But the hotel is so dirty, so old, all the carpets are very dirty, the walls were so dirty. DIRTY DIRTY DIRTY AND OLD
