2 super pools, the ground floor one being a great length for exercise. But the floor area to the steps to the pool was just plain dirty and this didn’t improve at all during our entire stay. The roof top pool area was just lovely with beautiful views and in much better nick on the cleanliness front. However, the same lovely view from our own room balcony had a near chest height wall meaning we could enjoy the view only when standing up. In addition a bedside lamp was missing, too many of the plug points didn’t work, only one pillow per person was provided, the bidet plug was stuck fast and whilst the most basic of kettles worked we were not provided with any mugs or cups or even drinking glasses, save for 2 paper cups and a disposable spoon . Oh, and the TV wouldn’t work at all. In fairness, this was all mostly sorted out but I found the receptionist dismissive and argumentative. We returned to the room after our first day in the sun to find it hadn’t been cleaned. In itself, no particular big deal, but combined with the other issues it didn’t make for a great introduction to the place. On the plus side they did their best to remedy this and provided a different room with a view we could enjoy whilst sitting, albeit made available only on our 4th day. One particular issue was that room service wasn’t available despite this being a four star rating requirement and one of the reasons why we picked this place. Overall, the hotel and facilities are very tired and need a big makeover. It’s also badly understaffed: evidenced by the room cleaning oversight on day one and from what we saw only one cleaner per floor in what is a 100 room hotel. However, I hasten to add that the cleaning ladies were lovely and did their very best during what must be very, very long shifts for them. Equally, the staff at the bottom floor bar were charming. The management really need to get their act together and spend a bit of money on this place, spruce it up, and employ an adequate number of staff . As it stands, the hotel in its present state has a decidedly hostel feel about it: I was particularly peeved by the lack of staff available to help with our bags, nor did the receptionist offer to get a staff member to help us, especially as my partner has a blatantly obvious disability and requires a walking aid. It’s just not 4 star.

Where to begin with this holiday...walking into the hotel it looks like it wants to be a 4* hotel but it's not.... Let's start with the view from the rooftop it's amazing you can see out to sea. The other side you get a motorway and mountains. If you have the chance of getting a sea view room I highly recommend it after spending the first part of my holiday on the motorway side. The 2 pools that the hotel have are really spacious you don't have to fight for sun beds ( well we didn't for the whole time we were there.) The standards of the hotel are spot on its well decorated but showing signs of empty space which could be used as a games area the lower ground area and general wear and tear in rooms. Could do with some sort of entertainment program.. 2 out of 3 lifts worked for the duration of the holiday. The rooftop could be made into such a bigger night space instead of downstairs bar being opened. Now for the bad parts - I advise anyone who wants to stay up all night and listen to vehicles going by then the motorway side is for you warning though there is a nightclub opposite the hotel which plays loud music to early hours of the morning. I mean these rooms should have just windows not open doors which have no balcony would help with sound proofing..fyi with these rooms you have to stand over the bath to run the bath and they've tiled around the bath. Not really accessible if your disabled or struggle with mobility. For a half board hotel I was disappointed with the food offered especially at dinner. There was no real selection was the same stuff out all week including the desserts. It caters for over 400 rooms but only 4 choices avaliable at dinner. Thanks to Jose on reception and the chefs for changing it up when I complained that I wasn't eating as I couldn't bring myself to eating another plate of chips or my partner was just eating vegetables. They could make this sooo much better by doing more of a selection and not just putting everything in nuke warmers to keep it hot. Best off going as soon as dinner starts or it starts to get cold. Not a single ice cream was out as a dessert all week. Was mainly cake with no descriptions of what it was and limited choice of fruit. The bar food was just as bad as dinner paid over €10 for a burger thinking it may be better but...... the burgers were tiny, the chips it came with looked like they were yesterday's reheats that were blasted in a air fryer loads of times. If it wasn't for the food choice and being able to select a room and not just been given a twin room with promo ( don't even know though what the promo was) then I would come back here as if your on the sea side it is a really nice hotel.

The rooms are large, clean. Beds are comfortable. Very wide corridors. The pool is clean and not crawdly. We could find free sun lounger any time. The music at the pool is not laudy and nice (rather club music, than typical pop). The food is very average. The same breakfast every day. Dinner with several dishes but all without taste, dry. Olive oil was served in sachets!!! Out of 7 days we stayed theres was only few dinners that we liked. The hotel is located between Marbella and Estepona. Beashes around hotel are average and theres is not many interesting places around, however there are some restaurants within 10 minuts walk from the hotel.

Fue una semana con el Imserso y debo destacar la limpieza, tanto de la habitación, como del entorno; la comida muy buena, bien elaborada, variada y en abundancia. El equipo de animación hizo lo que pudo ya que el tiempo no nos acompaño por la lluvia y las bajas temperaturas nocturnas, más vale que pudimos suplirlo en la cafetería con el excelente equipo de Cristina, Vero e Isa. En general debo decir que el equipo humano del hotel es inmejorable.

Hotel Globales Paraiso Beach jest przy samiutkiej autostradzie jest. Hałas non-stop uniemożliwiał wypoczynek. Cicho było jedynie kiedy okna były zamknięte. Po dojściu do plaży okazało się, że plaża jest w ....budowie! Żeby dojść do sklepów, należało iść w hałasie wzdłuż autostrady do kładki nad autostradą i potem znowu w hałasie przejść wzdłuż autostrady do sklepów. Sam hotel jest ok, pracownicy wyjątkowo pomocni i życzliwi, zwłaszcza pan Ernesto i pani Karolina-Polka na recepcji, wyżywienie smaczne, wystarczające i urozmaicone, świeże, wiele produktów i dań lokalnych, codziennie świeże i suszone owoce, woda do kolacji, pokoje duże, klimatyzacja bez zarzutu, 2 baseny: z tego na dachu trudno było korzystać z powodu hałasu dobiegającego z autostrady, w tym na dole miło się pływało kiedy muzyka zagłuszała hałas samochodów.

No recomendable por la situación, la playa más cercana está de pena además las comidas son muy malas, escasas y sin variedad. Una pena porque el personal es perfecto, las instalaciones están muy bien, limpieza exquisita en las habitaciones
