The hotel view and pool was amazing, however we had issues with our room. Aircon spoilt, toilet flush spoilt. We stayed there for 4 nights however managment and staff couldn’t fix it. VERY VERY STRANGE. Until finally we had to contact TRIP.COM to get our compensation. Hotel staff is nice and positive but never fix issues. Overall we dont recommend this hotel. For the view its amazing but we had very unpleasant experience with the room services. Hotel refunded us some money and settled us lol but they dont understand the probelm we faced for aircon not cooling in this hot weather.

We enjoyed our overall stay. Food was good especially the beef tapa. Just sad coz the bar were closed

The hotel is a bit outdated. It’s located right on the beach, but also next to a sewer outlet and therefore there’s bad smell sometimes. Breakfast is decent and staff are friendly.

This hotel was incredible! Definitely worth paying a little extra! The pool had the most amazing views and was always quiet and clean, right on the beach! The room (poolside room) was much better than the photo on their website, such a great surprise. The staff were amazing from check in to check out, nothing was a problem for them, I can’t wait to come back and stay here again! Highly highly surprised and recommended, thank you so much ☺️🥰🏝️

It was great being walking distance from restaurants and coffee shops. We enjoyed swimming in the swimming pool and doing yoga facing the beach and mountains. We did however not have a good start to the trip, because there was a miscommunication between CTrip and the hotel. The room we booked and prepaid was not available and we were down graded. We sorted it out in the end, but the staff’s lack of handeling it was disappointing.

We had a lovely stay. The location was perfect and the staff were very nice and helpful. This would be my choice again if I ever come back to el Nido

Big rooms, clean enough, location is a bit far but close to town square where there are some nice establishments. I expected more for the price of the room but It seems like thats the going rate in El nido

Location is very good, right on the beach front and near bars and restaurant. Breakfast is OK, lacks variety. Rooms are basic, more like 2/3 star.

The resort has a really nice pool, Buffalo chicken wing at the mini bar is super delicious even tho it’s nothing like Buffalo flavor. The staff are very nice and helpful. Room floor was however a little sticky, shower in the first room was pretty bad. The breakfast buffet was not good at all. We had to go to somewhere else for breakfast. The resort is definitely on the expensive side, however only 2 small water bottles are provided per day.

A great location close to town and boat tour launches for tours. The food in the restaurant is good. At times the housekeeping crew seemed understaffed when it came to making up rooms each day.

Great location for us, since we were doing day trips from the pier! It was clean and the staff were friendly enough. Breakfast was standard. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay.

The beachfront/pool rooms had several issues that we found frustrating. These included little to no hot water all day (despite in room mini water heaters), no working TV channels (staff said low signal but there were no problems at our other hotel), and that it was very noisy as anyone entering the hotel grounds from the beach area passed by. Though pretty, I believe the non-beach/pool rooms are a much better option. Breakfast was solid and we ate lunch one day and found the food good as well.
