Glamping - Unique Stays at Karuna El Nido

Very nice location with amazing sunset. The glamping hotel is new and they are still finishing building it so there were some issues both with the rooms (room lock without proper card but a very hard and strange key, unstable bathroom’s faucet and hot water in the shower with a very unusual control system) and the staff, who asked multiple times if we had payed the room already with Trip and asked for proof of payment. Other than that, it is a pleasant choice for the nice location and the decoration style. The offer a free shuttle service to the town but you need to wait some time usually. In alternative, when u come back to the hotel you will need your walk up to a bit steep road because the tuck tuck will not be able to come all the way up, but it’s not too bad) They also borrow a free towel that u can bring with you to other beaches. They did not clean the room daily and they said the service needed to be requested because they wouldn’t enter the room without permission. Also the reception is not open 24h which is a bit unconvenient and they would ask to text on whatshapp. For the price paid and considered how expensive it was for philippines, I would have expected less issues but I would still recommend it for a nice staying in el nido.

Это полный восторг!!!! Мы размещались в потрясающем номере Джунгли с которого открывается фантастический вид на море. Номер располагается очень удобно , рядом с рецепшн и заездом на самой вершине. До ресторана и бассейна нужно спуститься вниз, спуститься легко но подняться сложнее. Потрясающий вид чистый бассейн. Быстро и бесплатно предоставляют трицикл для спуска к ближайшему пляжу, магазинам, экскурсиям …. Рядом есть прокат скутеров, брали в аренду и катались семьей. Благодарим персонал за вкусные завтраки, можно заказать к определенному времени и не ждать приготовления. Заказывали много разных блюд и все очень очень вкусно. Особенно манго fresh .

It was an amazing view of sunset, our room had AC and very accommodating staff. Massages on site were very easy to arrange as was transportation. Bring some good shoes and be able to walk stairs and work off the amazing food the pool side restaurant.

Wie waren das erste Mal in einem Glamping. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Cocoon war gemütlich eingerichtet, sauber und mit einem schönen Blick auf El Nido. Traumhaft. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und auch der WhatsApp Kontakt, mit dem man unter anderem einen Shuttle bestellen konnte, klappte prima. Negativ bewerten möchten wir, dass einem beim Check in sofort ein 2seitiges Blatt mit Verboten und eventuellen Bezahlungen bei Verlust oder Beschädigung (z. B. Handtücher und Gläser) gereicht wurde, welches wir unterzeichnen mussten. Das fanden wir sehr befremdlich. Auch beim Frühstück oder Mittagessen wurde uns beim Essen noch die Rechnung zur Unterzeichnung gereicht. Finden wir persönlich nicht angemessen. Alles in allem eine schöne Unterkunft.
