這家chedi真的是非常的不推薦！ 房間空調一會跳掉一會跳掉 浴室設計極其撿漏且規劃很不合理 淋浴房設計的極小 水壓也非常小 洗澡很不舒服 客房清潔也一塌糊塗 打掃房間也不放新的牙具和棉簽 雙床房間顯然是兩個人住 衹放一雙拖鞋也不知道是什麼意思 酒店公共區域也很小 十分鐘就可以逛完了 服務也跟不太上 快3000一晚的酒店真的是非常不值得

歐美人居多。 中國人很少。 房間內部經濟快捷型。 酒店打造小眾服務。 不大。 度假酒店那種。 風景美， 海灘小，面積小。 總房間數少。 攜程影響力小， 不如海外的訂房app。

就這個集團的通病 景色五星級 室內裝修連3星級都沒有 WiFi基本可愁人 室內衹要開門空調自動停…… 洗澡水需要放好久才能熱 下水還不通暢……

不愧是東南亞知名度假連鎖的品質，幾乎讓人忘記在埃及。推開房門就是沙灘和大海，員工的服務意識極佳，spa也是專程找來的印尼技師。el gouna比起鄰近的hurghada人少很多，在紅海躺幾天的首選之地！

Amazing hotel at great location, pleasant rooms, nice restaurants and friendly staff! Especially great service from the guest relations manager Maria Mena and the absolute best housekeeper I have ever experienced at a hotel. The only downside are that the area could be a little too windy.

The staff was so friendly, restaurant was very good, perfect service from Melanya and team! Spa experience was wonderful, got a massage from Salma, best treatment ever. Several pools, and a beautiful beach with sunbeds. A must go of you want to enjoy El gouna to the fullest

We stayed at The Chedi for 10 nights. This is a really lovely beachside hotel. The staff are without doubt its greatest asset. They are all very professional and well trained, friendly and courteous at all times. This applies right across the board from reception down to housekeeping. Far too many to mention by name but Milanya is a delight. They all go out of their way to enaure you have everything you need to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. The design of the hotel is very chic with lovely landscaping which creates an intimate feel. The bedrooms are quite minimalist in style but very clean and well equipped. A couple more English tv channels would have been good other than news channels. We stayed in a first floor room with balcony overlooking the beach. Whilst we didn’t actually swim in the sea, preferring the lovely heated pool, this is a very safe bay, absolutely perfect if you wish to learn to windsurf. The restaurants are very good and we particularly enjoyed breakfast on the small terrace at the back each morning. Never tasted such lovely orange juice! If you are looking for a lovely relaxing hotel in a safe environment on the Red Sea then The Chedi ticks all the boxes.

Excellent hotel, with very professional service, amazing breakfast and very beautiful scenery. Strongly recommend staying here if you want an upscale relaxing experience. We stayed for 4 nights and could have been more. Restaurants of the hotel are great too

1 star for the beach / pools 0 star for everything else. Staff were very painful, always tripping over the staff because the place was quiet. Got locked out of the room, No hot water for the first part of the stay. The list goes on, wouldn’t recommend.

5* hotel, food, drink and service are incredible. The people couldn’t be friendlier, and the service is fantastic. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are always different. Milania is amazing! They also put on lots of different experiences including paddle - which we recommend!

We came with out 4months old baby. All the staff was very professionnal, and always at our service. We asked for a baby sitter for nights and days, unfortunately the Chedi couldn't provide one for the day. However we had the chance to meet Jannett, who came for babysitting at night (she is wonderful !!) Thank you Janneett and The Chedi!

A perfect place to come to relax in and be indulged upon by a team of enthusiastic and cheerful staff for whom nothing is trouble. To serve and make you happy seems to be their motto. Melania , the hospitality facilitator went beyond call of duty to help. Maria of Guest Relations came personally to ask if we were satisfied with the service and when we told her about early dawn checkout on Sunday y 2 March, she said she will have breakfast of our choice prepared a d packed for us to collect before departure. We have met with nothing but kindness and beaming smiles from poolside guys to Beach house Bar staff to daily room change over service to even our daily Go Cart drivers ferrying us to and fro within the hotel's well spread out facilities. We could not complain about our room with the view of the pool and the sea from a somewhat higher elevation. Bright and contemporary room with a separate toilet and a shower room and tea and coffee making facility plus a terrace to step out to was perfect. Thryboffer a huge spread of western and Egyptian choice of dishes for breakfast not forgetting fresh juices including my favourite mango! Their evening offerings of South Asian/Japanese foods were not do impressive though but they promised improvements if we visited next time. The main restaurant offers a varied menu daily and special featured cuisines too although we did not try these as we tended to be full after a heavy consumption of their breakfasts! We would definitely cone back to this quiet paradise but not in Februsry. Whilst sunny, breeze from the sea is too cold for a swim in the sea. March to.midfle April I think is the best time to come to Egypt.

I spent the day here. It's a beautiful hotel with captivating views. The beach is stunning. The staff went above and beyond. We had a very tasty lunch overlooking the sea. Nihon bar is great for a cocktail and watch the sun go down. I highly recommend.
