What a wonderful place! The staff were delightful. We arrived in the late afternoon and asked where in town we might be able to get lunch. To our surprise and delight, the staff made us lunch at the hotel, giving us time to settle in and relax! Whilst the rooms are a little dated, there is a wonderful charm about the property. The room was large and well equipped and really warm. The main lounge is a great social space. The breakfast was very nice with adequate choice. We even got some lovely packed lunch on one day when we were going to see the glacier.

We stayed at Hosteria Los Hielos in Calafate, a beautiful hotel on the edge of Calafate. The rooms were great, comfortable beds. We had a room for us and a three bed room for the kids. We had New Year’s Eve dinner (2022-2023) there and the food & service were excellent!

Mi sono fermato un giorno in questo Hotel con un gruppo di amici Motociclisti. Siamo stati benissimo , struttura situata un poco fuori dal centro, ma in rival lago. Tenuta benissimo con camere essenziali ma buone in tutto. Ottima colazione e servizio. Elevata disponibilita del personale tanto che dopo la partenza, a 150 km di distanza mi sono accorto di avere dimenticato in camera i souvenir di El Calafate magliette e altro . Quando ho richiamato per accertarmi, mi hanno detto che avevano gia contattato l'organizzazione del Tour in moto , l'Italiana 77Roads" per farci arrivare il pacco alla tappa successiva. Cosa avvenuta puntualmente . Grazie infinite e tanti complimenti all'Hosteria Los Hielos e a 77 Roads Viaggi in Moto.

Albergo con bella vista e camera carina. Il bagno necessita di ristrutturazione. La posizione è molto buona, poco fuori il centro di El Calafate ma su un lungo lago dove è piacevole passeggiare. La colazione è da migliorare, in quanto era molto scarsa e mal presentata

Ambiente muy confortable, limpieza impecable. El personal muy amable, asesoran sobre la ciudad cual guías de turismo, asisten al huésped en todas sus necesidades. Ana, muy conocedora de las opciones de la región, permite aprovechar al máximo la estadía.

Hotel en una ubicación muy buena en las afueras de Calafate. Personal atento y gentil pieza antiguas con alfombra. Sabanas antiguas baño modernizado muy bueno. Calor en la pieza sin aire acondicionado. Televisión del porte de la pantalla de un computador imposible ver televisión Desayuno regular Toallas antiguas. En resumen menos que regular elegiría otro hotel en otra oportunidad

Desde que uno llega encuentra una energía única, la atención de todo el equipo es increíble, súper amables con la mejor pre disposición. Las habitaciones son muy amplias y recomiendo aquellas con vista al lago , un sueño!!! El desayuno es variado con frutas naturales, yogures , cereales , panificadora y mermeladas varias de la patagonia. Preparan viandas para llevar a las excursiones muy completas con sándwich de milanesa completos que comen dos, agua, frita, alfajores, realmente muy bueno porque lo tiene listo a la mañana. Sin dudas recomiendo el alojamiento si uno busco tranquilidad , hermosas vistas y una atención única!

La vista desde la habitación es increíble, la cama super cómoda! La atención de todos fue impecable, pasamos unos dias hermosos! La comida y el desayuno fueron excelentes. Lo recomendamos y esperamos volver pronto!

Das Hotel liegt etwas abseits vom Zentrum El Calafate. Die Zimmer sind zweckmässig eingerichtet. Das Personal ist nett und hilfsbereit. Zum Teil war die Verständigung etwas schwierig, da unser spanisch beschränkt ist und das Personal nur teilweise englisch spricht. Das Hotel bietet am Abend einen Shuttle an um in die Stadt essen zu gehen. Leider hat es tagsüber keinen Shuttle, so dass man entweder zu Fuss oder mit dem Taxi ins Zentrum gehen muss
