Waist of money, state of mind as time Their staff is used to dealing with rough customers Expect attitudes and promises they can't keep or fulfill The rooms are outdated and old more like a 3* During the day expect extremely loud music at the pool shaking the walls of the hotel rooms The food was actually very good The dead sea side beach is a hike a way they offer a shuttle that ends at 4pm but apparently The driver is off from 1pm to 2pm as on cigarette breaks to often so basically expect to walk downhill from hotel Lobby and uphill back, when reaching the beach the hotel chairs and beds were tied with chain We ended up sitting on the floor the next day after complaining they were actually available. Spa is way overpriced for what you get there are much better options in the dead sea area Overall if you want an extremely overpriced visit full of aggravations and bad service go ahead
