Herods Boutique Eilat a Premium Collection by Fattal Hotels

We booked the Leonardo Plaza for 3 nights , but were told that we had been upgraded to the Herods Boutique which sounded great. The bed was really comfortable and the food, extremely good, but cleanliness of the rooms really pulled the hotel standard down. No spare pillows or blankets were provided. The bathrooms are in desperate need of renovation. The televison had a mind of it's own. We turned it off and it would come on and it kept cutting out. The rooms were very dark, very bad lighting. The whole hotel looks tired. I realise that the emphasis is on Herod's but a little bit of extra thought should be given to the Herods Boutique. I also read on their site that car parking was free. On arrival at the hotel another couple were told that parking was NIS35 a night. I mentioned the internet site saying that parking was free and the answer given was that it is free at Herod's on a space available basis. This point was not clear at all. The staff were very polite.

A magical stay made even greater thanks to the staff who want you to have a great holiday, we stayed for shabbat in the boutique , the room was spacious and had a great view to our surprise we were left with some gifts waiting for us in the room (wine, popcorn, chocolat and a plate of fruite) which was really kind of them to do ,the food on friday night was superb, and the breakfast had everything you could think of . A special thank you to the manager and all the staff who treated us like family

I had a magical experience at the Harrods Boutique Hotel. I felt luxury, we were welcomed already in the lobby with drinks and candies. Manager Shirley who made me and my partner a dream vacation. When we entered the room was large with an absolutely pampering double bed. The bathroom was equipped with everything! The balcony was huge with a double bed also on the balcony. The room was equipped with an espresso machine with cold and sweet water and a cold fruit plate. This is the hotel that has attention to detail. Thanks for the hospitality at a level I haven't seen anywhere else. Many thanks from the bottom of my heart to Shirley the manager and her magical team. My partner and I are definitely waiting for the next vacation at Harrods Boutique
