Comfortable clean rooms and friendly helpful customer service. The wellness area has multiple pools all of them with jacuzzi. Do not get the half board!!! Breakfast is ok but the lunch and dinner options are extremely limited and boring. All deserts taste like flowers and nothing really Hungarian. We got sick from the spices. Eat outside instead.

Przestronne pokoje z dużymi łazienkami, rewelacyjna restauracja, wyjście z hotelu wprost na baseny termalne i klimatyczna starówka na wyciągnięcie ręki- czego chcieć więcej? W tym roku mieszkaliśmy w apartamencie i to był strzał w dziesiątkę- jedyny minus to widok- niestety nie zdążyliśmy zarezerwować od strony basenów termalnych, a to nasz ulubiony widok. Może za rok. Śniadania są bardzo urozmaicone, obiadokolacje serwowane - do wyboru zazwyczaj dwie opcje, można rezerwując zaznaczyć specjalną dietę- np. bezglutenową i za dopłatą kuchnia przygotowuje pyszne odpowiedniki. Bardzo, bardzo polecamy ten hotel.

Positive: 1. close to the downtown, 2. garage is provided (sometimes it is full so you have to park outside for money), 3. walk-in shower, Negative: 0. if you are a vegetarian or vegan this is not your place! Bonus: if you dare to have food allergy they will charge you with an extra round 20 euros for special food to make. 1. common balkons with neighbours 2. all the beach noises and smells from outside 3. not really for non-smokers 4. food smell is coming through the ventillation system to the deluxe apar**an every day 5. cleaner team was making noise every morning around 8 outside. They did not even try to be a bit more silent. Super unprofessional. 6. you are literally kicked out before checkout time from your room with cleaners knocking on your door more times. 7. they charge you 10 % service cost on top of the price after every coffee or other drink in the hotel bar even if you pick it up right at the bar. No comment! Overal the idea of an adult hotel is good but through the times the hotel went to the direction of an elderly home instead. Older couples and rule followers can appreciate this place. Otherwise look after something else.

Wir haben das Hotel aufgrund einer persönlichen Empfehlung und der guten Bewertungen gebucht. Leider wurden unsere Erwartungen ziemlich enttäuscht. Die Lage ist in Ordnung, das Hotel ist direkt am öffentlichen Thermalbad gelegen und man kann gegen Aufpreis auch direkt vom Hotel auf das Badgelände gelangen, was wir als sehr angenehm und praktisch empfunden haben. Zur Innenstadt mit Läden und Restaurants gelangt man bequem in ca. 15 min zu Fuß. Die Zimmer sind im Grunde genommen völlig in Ordnung, modern ausgestattet und auch ausreichend groß. Nur verfügen die Zimmer aber eben nicht über eine Klimaanlage, welche in der Hotelbeschreibung angepriesen wird. Installiert ist lediglich eine sogenannte Lüftung, welche die Zimmertemperatur um +/- 3 Grad regulieren soll. Bei Außentemperaturen von deutlich mehr als 30 Grad ist diese Technik jedoch völlig überfordert und mit Klimatisierung hat das ganze schon gar nichts zu tun. Hier wird der Gast an der Nase herum geführt. Der Service glich leider einer Katastrophe. In insgesamt 3 Tagen Anwesenheit wurde dieser 2 x nicht durchgeführt. Auf Beschwerden dazu wurde unzureichend bis ablehnend reagiert. Einfach nur schlecht. Bei der Gastronomie können wir nur das Frühstück bewerten. Dieses war ausreichend und gut. Das Hotel verfügt über einen Wellness-Bereich. Wir haben diesen nicht genutzt, jedoch sah alles ganz ordentlich aus.
