Destiny Student – Murano (Campus Accommodation)

One of the worst student accommodations I have ever experienced in my life. This place is a disaster! 1) absolutely dirty… dirty sheets, sticky nasty carpet, dirty everything! 2) when they gave me a key, it was to someone else’s room… I went in and saw their bags and things… imagine if that happened and someone stole your stuff. 3)ZERO room service, absolutely no effort. Just before that I stayed in a cheaper student accommodation in London, they cleaned my room everyday. 4) unbelievably LOUD! Paper-thin walls with students shouting and slamming doors, very loud noises from outside too… you cannot get a good night sleep here. Your next day will be ruined… 5) this is not worth the money, even if it is cheap in comparison to a hotel, it should be 4 times cheaper in value.. 6) just don’t stay here 🤣😘

Amazing place to stay at, very nice location close to all the shops and restaurants. Close to train (30min walking distance max) also close to old town. People at the reception were so nice and welcoming

Everything was good but a little noisy. I used ear plugs.

Although many people don't have good reviews of it, I'm going to give it high marks. It's not far from the city centre and is cheaper than other hotels. The room is clean and spacious and staff are friendly. It also offers free toiletries at the reception. I especially recommend this place for students who are coming to Edinburgh for traveling, as it has no difference from other student flats!

A little bit expensive than the expectations. The location was ok, bus and tram stops included. The cleanliness can be improved. The reception was a bit busy when arrived since it was a student accommodation, so the efficiency of check-in cannot be guaranteed. All in all it’s average

The bedsheets have lots of stains and i suspect bedbugs....
