Super nice room.

We loved this apartment. Perfect location. Easy access in and out… Loved not having a key or a card. We stayed a week and loved every minute. Easy access to buses and Ubers – – both were plentiful; great restaurants nearby, especially right next-door where we did take away pizza one night and ate in our lovely apartment! The apartment itself was roomy, clean, perfect, in every way. I would highly recommend this for a stay in Edinburgh.

My family stayed in these apartments and throughly enjoyed their time. The location was perfect for their visit and they raved about how comfortable the bed was. Due to the number of guests they had to stay in two different apartments but were only a floor apart from each other which they appreciated . Would recommend end to anyone looking to stay long or short term. Special thanks to Jan for making everything so great.

My two boys and I had the best time in Edinburgh! The apartment was super clean and a phenomenal location, so close to everything! Communication was excellent. I am actually a flight attendant, and have been recommending this place to all my coworkers and friends!

Apartment is in excellent condition and amenities were great. The only downside is the location as it’s super noisy 24*7 so not good for light sleepers. Will stay in one of their other locations next time.

We really enjoyed our stay in apartment 5 for 2 nights. The place was spotlessly clean. The bedroom was on the smaller side but ideal for our needs and the bed was very comfy. The living area was perfect for relaxing in and had everything we needed. The apartment was also lovely and toasty which was appreciated considering January temperatures. The only thing I would comment on that might concern some would be the stairs. If anyone has mobility issues or has lots of luggage. Excellent comms with the few questions I had. Thank you. We look forward to returning for another kid free girls break.

The apartment was very nice, cozy, clean in a great area. The only negative was that i was not prepared to climb 72 steps to the apartment. I should have read the fine print that there was no lift. But a fair warning should be highlighted. My friend had to go to a hotel.

We stayed in a 2 bed Castle view- Apt 8 for two nights in Feb and wish we had been able to stay longer. Stunning views of the castle. Modern décor & spotlessly clean throughout. Very spacious but so cosy too. Heating was warmed up super quick with a modern dial on the wall. Beautiful grand staircase leading up to the apartments. The bed was large & very comfy. Robe, slippers, hairdryer & a safe were in the wardrobes. Bottle of Prosecco awaited us in the fridge as we booked direct with the owners, lovely touch. Fantastic location for the Royal Mile and other attractions and all within walking distance. So many choices of restaurants, cafes & bars on the doorstep. Recommend ‘Vittoria’ Italian Restaurant next door. Didn’t hear any noise from any other apartments during our stay either. Definitely will return. Accommodation was beautifully presented & excellent communication from booking to leaving. Thank you to the hosts for making our trip so special.

The signage outside is very small and and not really obvious. The "hint" of entrance between "a" and "b" does work. Front entrance smells funky but apt was fine
