Beautiful hotel, very friendly staff, cleanliness is on point. Excellent location right next to everything just a short walk away. Highly recommend and would love to come back.

Fantastic place to stay although our trip was short with only one night with mercure , we had a lovely sleep and the shower was brilliant , great pressure . Not a lot of amenities and the view of Edinburgh doesn't really exist but great rooms , comfortable beds.

I was a quick stay (just one night, only really slept there), the location is great, as well as the staff and everything looks good. The WIFI however was very bad, both the day I checked in, as well as in the morning when I left. My phone struggled to keep it on, and on my laptop it only has 1 or 2 bars. I think everything else was good, it is very well located, but hotels these days must ensure WIFI is reliable and high speed, otherwise travellers who rely on it may be deterred.

前台和餐廳服務態度多數比較好，早餐麪包烤的不錯。接待員禮貌職業的微笑。房間衞生打掃不敢恭維，被子很臭，猜測是不是沒有換被罩，房間茶品，瓶裝水有些打掃人員不會主動補充。向一個打掃的年齡大一些的白皮膚***要補充茶包，補充回來裏面加雜着噁心的垃圾，我衹能認為她是眼神不好沒注意吧。噁心死了，果斷決定退房，換地方住。

前台入住服務比較職業，幾位女士和兩位穿西裝的男士都很友好，一位穿白襯衣矮胖哥不太友好。餐廳早餐可以。房間沒有拖鞋，要打電話要，衞生不怎麼樣。一個做衞生的白人老太太不僅不給補充必要用品，還往茶包抽屜裏放垃圾。退房時和酒店説了，沒有任何錶示，欺負亞裔沒地方投訴是嗎？

La habitación fue correcta y la ubicación está muy bien (a 20 minutos caminando del centro de la ciudad). No obstante nuestra estancia no cumplió las espectativas de un hotel de 4 estrellas, ya que el aire acondicionado de la habitación no funcionó y la habitación estaba fría. Aunque nos dijeron que lo iban a solucionar, nunca pasó. Tampoco nos ofrecieron cambiar la habitación ni ninguna compensación por las molestias. Creemos que por el precio que pagamos el servicio no estuvo a la altura.

房間看着很乾凈，員工都比較友好（工業化的微笑），位置距離景點打車十多分鐘。 拿早餐時，某食物保温爐的蓋子掀開後（它可能有問題，直接彈太高），我夠不到。此時旁邊已有其他房客到這餐爐附近，我便放棄了合上它。然後，員工馬上走過來對我説，請記得挑選完合上蓋子，然後給我表演了合蓋子。 我😊，前面我蓋上的幾個，他看不到，我蓋不上的時候也看不到，一離開一下子就看到了。 真是“優雅”的眼神和“細緻”的服務態度。

距離愛丁堡市中心，半小時腳程。酒店附近幾個超市和多家餐廳酒吧很方便。酒店衞生乾淨都很贊。

很滿意的一次住宿 酒店距離主要景區有一點距離 晚上非常安靜 但是附近吃飯超市完全沒問題 去主要景區有直達公交車很方便 酒店設施很舒服 服務也很好 如果下次去愛丁堡還會選擇這裏

不含早餐 床小 很窄 衞生還可以 位置不錯
