Great hotel , perfect location - will return Lovely view from our room - pubs, restaurants & shops in short walking distance Breakfast was a bonus , nice coffee, fruit & Croisant Hubbies enjoyed bacon , scrambled eggs & sausage

The location is really good 👍 But there was a heater problem at the first day and it was freezing cold in my room, I called reception twice but still not fixed. However it was fixed next day after I asked the reception to help me with that in person. Apart from this problem, everything is ok.

This is a really nice place to stay when in Edinburgh. It's a 5 mins walk from the main Train Station - Waverly. With luggage, maybe 10 mins. It is also very close to the city center and the main shopping areas. Buses are available right at your doorstep to take you to the other parts of Edinburgh or Scotland. There is also an Airport Tram which will bring you to the Edinburgh Airport. Breakfast is available as well but be prepared to eat the same thing everyday - no change.

The location is great and it was clean. The breakfast was good in general . But the omelette was not very great.

Staff is nicely. Location is good. Breakfast can be more improve more item and bacon can cook more crispy and cook after defrost.

Very good place for staying in city centre with convenient transport and near to shopping mall.

Had a very pleasant stay here! It’s pretty value for money though bathroom cleanliness could be improved. Do note that there is no safe as well to keep valuables as well. Thank you for the comfortable stay!

Nice staff. Clean room. Not far from Edinburgh Waverley station. Near Calton Hill. Tesco Express is just 200 feet from hotel.

Room is very clean and sweet. Just the space was small for us, and everything is great, especially at kitchen facilities. Location is good, but is very tuff for us carry hand luggage walked to hotel, even very nearby. First time to EDINBURGH, great experienced to stay at old town.

Pretty nice amenity near the train station. The staff are friendly to offer help. Recommend for the tourists for short stay.
