Lovely hotel and the location was ideal. Breakfast was good. Only downside was our room didn't have a bath which I would have expected for a cost of £369 per night on the official site. Would return though 😀

Traveled with my wife and our 10-year-old kid. The location was superb, right in the heart of town—near Scott Monument and directly in front of Victoria Garden. The hospitality was top-notch, especially in the F&B department. A waitress from Asia (likely Nepal) was exceptionally professional and friendly. An amazing place to stay with family & friends—highly recommended!

訂的時候還沒變萬豪系，酒店位置非常好，房間設備齊全，衹可惜洗衣機是壞的，排水排不掉，門也打不開，我們的衣服在裏面泡了24個小時，關鍵是酒店處理問題的能力有待提高，早上説會安排好一切，讓我們放心，可是我們晚上回來一切如故，並沒有人處理這件事情。

地理位置優越 就在火車站附近 步行大概5分鐘就到 應該是被升級了了房型 房間很大 早餐採用點餐方式 各方面服務都不錯

位置不錯，邊上就是奢侈品一條街，離火車站也非常的近，但給了間最角落，房型最不方正的房間，走道很長，實際使用面積很小。有個露台，這點加分

酒店硬件設施還不錯，房間面積也挺大，服務不行，我訂的是含早的房間，每次去餐廳都説不含早，要我拿訂單給他們看，連着問了三次，這個不像是五星級的水平吧

在英國屬於性價比挺高的酒店，房間挺大的，廚房用具也很齊全，還有毛巾烘乾架特別適合陰雨天氣。但是房間裏就一個很小的垃圾桶，不夠扔啊，酒店早餐也比較一般。
