Royal Mile Balconies by the Castle

We thought it was a 5 star accommodation as per the description but it was one of the worse place we ever stayed for over 250 Euros per night!! Apart from the location which was fine, the rest was terrible. The room is advertised as 20m2 when it's hardly more than 10m2. There is no chair to sit, a useless kitchen where nothing works, a TV on the wrong side of the bed which is therefore useless, cheap and insufficient amenities, no cabinet and no space for the luggages. One side of the best of against the wall so not convenient at all. No service whatsoever. It was noisy, rather dirty with broken roller blind. Cheap and Basic hot water system with hardly any hot water coming out. Tiny fridge where you can't even put a bottle standing. Bad quality of coffee and teas. Spider webs everywhere. They call it Luxurious suite!!! Such a rip off for the price we paid. I would have been all right for 80 Euros max per night but at 250 Euros per night, it was outrageous and it literally spoiled out weekend in Edinburgh knowing we could have had a 5 star hotel for a little. bit more only or a 4 star hotel with service for less.
