Modern Cottage Style Apt-King Bed near UTRGV & DHR

Great property! We moved our son into UTRGV to play football for this upcoming season and needed a place close to the school. This was conveniently located to the school and close to stores and restaurants. Jerry was very easy to communicate with and the attention to detail inside the unit was just perfect! We really enjoyed our stay and will be back for future stays! Thank you Jerry!

Potential Jerry was very responsive and accommodating. Easy communication and instructions were clear. The inside of apartment was cute. Decent location and good price for what it had to offer. Quiet for the most part with the occasional road noise as we were at the end of complex, next to busy road. Sofa and AC intake needed to be cleaned. Overall, the place could have used just a little deeper cleaning. The outside of complex left much to be desired though. Weeds growing around all the front doors, grass patch in back patio could have been mowed and the driveway through parking area was horrendous. HUGE pot holes throughout. More outside photos would have been helpful to know what we were pulling up to
