A wonderful facility with a wonderful host in a wonderful location in a wonderful town. Enough said!

Quiet and comfy The room was comfortable and spacious. The sitting area was not meant for long term sitting / working / conversation, but most would not care. Lots of windows and the shutters did a great job darkening the room & minimizing exterior light when desired. The mattress was acceptable (moved every time he did - but that is my problem) and the pillow selection was wonderful - a bit of everything was available. You will need to go next door (same property) for some of the amenities (ice, water, inside sitting area, and breakfast.) The staff was super friendly and the food was very good. We enjoyed our stay.

A very nice B&B! Close to attractions, shopping and great seafood.

PLUS: A beautiful heritage building with a very nice bedroom. It smelled fine. The bathroom was immaculate and had very good water pressure for the shower. We enjoyed sitting on the swing on the porch. Location was very convenient, walking distance to many attractions. But the breakfast was terrible! Food appeared to have been purchased off the shelf/out of the freezer, not homemade. We asked for hot black tea and were given lukewarm water - the water remained clear after 5 minutes - could not steep. The teabags smelled musty and looked very aged. It did not taste good. The check-in and eating areas smelled very musty. We had hoped for a memorable breakfast that would leave us with a positive feeling about the place. For what we paid, we expected a better breakfast.

Lovely bed and breakfast. Everything was easy - checking in, checking out, breakfast. The staff was very warm, friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again and have already recommended to friends.
