The men behind the desk were nice and had a great sense of humor. They were also professional at the same time. I felt safe and comfortable in this hotel. Due to arriving after 1 am, I requested a late check out to which they approved. I heard that they have a wonderful breakfast in the AM. I was so cozy I slept right through my alarm and missed it! The young girl in the kitchen said she could still get me a bagel or something if I was hungry! How sweet is that?! ❤️ Highly Recommend this place. Low price for great service.

This hotel was OK. The room was VERY small, to the point where my husband and I were getting in each other's way. The breakfast was ok. No frills hotel. Good enough for one night stay if you have low expectations.

Rude people, lied to me about rules and wouldn’t let me check in because I was 20 and there rules are 21 but I called twice to double check before booking

Staff was very nice! Room was average, I found the curtain was broken so the room was not dark in the morning. The mirrors in the bathroom were dirty! Parking lot was very icy. I could hear the people above me walking till 11 PM and up at 6 AM, I was on the second floor

The hotel is outdated. Breakfesr is a joke. This was my second time I stayed there and will be my last.

Location was great for shopping, access to motorways, visiting friends, restaurants ... yet it felt like we were in a neighbourhood because of the aspect/view was trees and skyline.

Reception staff just there, didn't newness conversation. Room was dirty, could see dust/dirt on the furniture and floor. Smelled loke the previous person smoked in the room and nothing was done to clean afterward. There was dirt in the sheets of the bed. Won't ever stay there again.

The room was small. Wasn't a nightstand. The receptionist said she was upgrading us to a double gueen which would be a bigger room, but I think she didn't have the single queen we originally booked. The bed was practically against the wall. The breakfast was not up to Best Western standand quality. We will definitely pick the Country Inn next time.

Its was a great stay. Staff was super pleasent, friendly amx helpful. Great breakfast and the rooms were very nice. The only complaints we had were that our bathroom door didnt actually shut it just kinda sat in the frame you could puah it open after you "shut" and locked it with no effort. And the front door would get stuck so we had to double check it was shut all the way. But honestly everything else was so great. Its in a good area to do lots of activities. You could honeatly walk everywhere.

Not great, but then again not horrible. It was a good place to put our heads at night.

I left covered in bed bug bites. Did I see them? no, but then I have never had bed bug bites before. However the only time I have as in shorts and barefoot was in bed. They told me they just had an inspection, well I’m going to guess they must not check very well because there is no other explanation for the red itchy welts all over my extremities. I have counted 14 on one leg and over 20 bites on the other. I am miserable right now.

The rooms were not that clean, there was a sticky substance on the carpet. It smelled like sewer.

Our room was very small and not clean when we got there. We needed to ask for toilet paper and pool towels. Staff was very friendly and responsive. Breakfast was excellent.

Toiletries not replaced daily. Had to ask for coffee. Shower leaked. I told front desk. Never repaired. Just not a comfortable feeling.
