Whale Fisher Motel

Excellent position - close to town, museum and wharf. Room was neat and well set up for limited self catering with plates, bowls, cutlery, mugs and wine glasses, toaster and microwave. Beds were comfy with new linen and pillows. Price was exceptional!

We are on a road trip to Queensland . Our first stop was beautiful Eden . We asked for a room with balcony and view - we had room 16. Upon arrival , it was lovely to be greeted so warmly . Our room was a standard motel room but it has been renovated with a fresh coat of costal blue paint and had everything you could want . The price point made it a winner . Included was a microwave, fridge /freezer - bonus was ice in freezer , great split system heater/air conditioner, kitchen sink to wash dishes , couch , coffee table that folds a away for convenience , lots of power points and mirrors , warm cosy blankets etc etc . It is a motel room . Don’t expect it be huge . We were very very happy and will 100% return . Location location - on the Main Street - within moments walk to takeaway pizza, hotel etc . Waking up in the morning to a spectacular sunrise was a bonus - see picture . We really just needed a comfy bed and it was perfect .

Fabulous place. Refurbished in an excellent fashion. Clean, tidy, well equipped with everything you could want. And very well priced. Highly recommend! The location is great and the pub down the road serves excellent meals. A lovely lady runs the place and is very obliging.

Well appointed, comfy bed, great shower, very clean and functional unit. Toaster, microwave and kettle with crockery and cultlery. A very friendly family run business conveniently located near most of Eden’s eateries and the port. Great prices and free off street parking.

This place is basic and fine for one or maybe a couple of nights but wouldn't have wanted any more. Clean and comfortable with all the essentials. Had a balcony overlooking the sea which was nice. Within walking distance of the town. Free parking
