Room sold on the basis of hotel services with on-site restaurant. On arrival, discovered restaurant is closed and staff leave at 10:30pm locking up the bar and communal areas.

WOW WOW WOW Only description fitting for this amazing oasis just off the A6 !!! From seconds of arriving we were made to feel welcome and valued….. our room was outstandingly comfortable with everything we needed,the hotel is exquisite and beautifully designed and then of course the fabulous history behind it !! Grounds are relaxing and beautifully kept, restaurant stunning and breakfast next day was just as fresh as fresh could be and all served by friendly attentive staff we didn’t rant to Kesteven and will be top of our list to return one day ….beyond fabulous and perfect for a total relax after a long motorway trip !! Ecully itself is very beautiful too x

Très belle bâtisse, bruit de la VMC la nuit et de la route dommage. Chambre bien décorée. Peu d’attention , nous étions avec notre fils , personnel assez froid. Attention aux propriétaires de voiture électrique : la charge coûte 24€ ! Même pour les clients de l’hôtel , c’est mesquin. Dîner sympa, les plats étaient très bons. Petit déjeuner avec peu de choix mais de qualité .

Cher responsable, Je souhaite exprimer ma profonde déception quant à l'accueil médiocre et au service bafoué lors de mon récent passage. Le personnel était peu accueillant, et semblait désintéressé de ma présence. J'ai dû attendre longtemps pour obtenir des informations sur la chambre, notamment sur un dysfonctionnement au niveau du téléviseur. Les employés manquent scrupuleusement de courtoisie. Je suis déçu de constater un tel manque de professionnalisme et j'espère que des mesures seront prises pour améliorer cette situation.

Nous avons passé une nuit dans cet hôtel bien sympa, la chambre était décorée avec goût. J'ai adoré la baignoire ! Tout est propre pas de bruit, parfait ! L'endroit est calme et reposant et très bien situé. Nous y retournerons bien volontiers

Nous y sommes allées entre copines (7) samedi soir , il y a 1 semaine . Nous avons pris essentiellement le plat « LA SAINT JACQUES » à 28€ . Je peux vous dire que vous avions toute encore très faim car l’assiette était une assiette à « dessert » . On me l’avait encore jamais fait pour le PLAT - Il y avait 5 noix de saint Jacques avec des Gnocchis sauce Safran . C’était très bon, mais la quantité pour 1 plat a 28€ , n’était pas au rendez vous - nous avons demandé 3 fois de pain pour nous remplir le ventre avec la sauce . Pour le dessert, on a pris la cabosse chocolat à 13€ . Très bon aussi , mais pas grand chose dans l’assiette . Le verre de Viognier a 8€ et le verre de Saint Joseph a 12€ , ça vraiment très cher et nous avons regardé pour prendre 1 bouteille , aucun intérêt car aussi cher car contient 5 verres . Pour finir , la bâtisse est magnifique , joliment refaite , mais la quantité dans l’assiette est trop petite pour le prix ..

Endroit très sympathique….personnel jeune et agréable…bon rapport qualité prix….seul bémol: petit déjeuner pas vraiment à la hauteur,qualité très moyenne…..et surtout bouquet d orchidées en plastique tout poussiéreux a l accueil….mauvais effet…cela reste quand même une bonne adresse…..
