Premier Inn Southampton (Eastleigh)

We stayed at Premier Inn Eastleigh for my husband’s 40th birthday, and it was truly a memorable experience! I had arranged for cake and decorations to be delivered to the hotel, and Morgon, one of the staff members, went above and beyond to make everything perfect. She kept it all a surprise, ensured the cake was sorted, and even upgraded us to a newly refurbished room. Nothing was too much trouble for her, and she made us feel so welcomed and special. We hadn’t booked for dinner service when we arrived, but Morgon made sure we were accommodated, which was such a relief after a long day. All the staff were fantastic—friendly, great with our kids, and they even wished my husband a happy birthday, making a lovely fuss over him. It was the perfect start to our holiday and birthday celebrations before heading off on our cruise. Thank you to Morgon and the team at Premier Inn Eastleigh for making this such a wonderful and stress-free experience. We couldn’t have asked for better service and hospitality! Highly recommend!

Arrived early and was greeted by a lovely lady called Justine. She was helpful and nothing was too much trouble. She advised us immediately that the lift was out of order and gave us a ground floor room which was absolutely fantastic. She explained everything in the room and also managed to book us a table for dinner at our requested time. Craig was also helpful opening doors and helping us in the room with our cases. We cannot fault this hotel have stayed here numerous amount of times and will definitely be back again. Well done to Justine and her team you are all fab!

The team was really, really nice! Everyone was so warm, welcoming and friendly, and went out of our way to help us with all our requests. The room was suuuuuuper spacious and clean, and the shower was always hot with strong water pressure. We stayed for 9 days and will definitely come back.

Wonderful team, very caring and attentive. Fantastic service. Nothing was too much trouble. Clean and spacious rooms. Great food in the restaurant. Could not wish for a better stay at a Premier Inn and I would highly recommend this particular one for the south coast of the UK. Very convenient to the main motorways serving London and South

My second business visit and wow the refurbishment gave a new life to this hotel. Very clean and fresh apple smell on entering the room. Staff are always helpful and ensure your stay is a great one even if it’s just for one night. Big thank you to Ruby & Morgan who helped me with my luggage (lost a wheel on my flight). The team are an asset to Premier Inn as it’s so nice to see people enjoy what they do.

Me and my partner stayed here for 2 nights whilst visiting friends. Our experience was excellent and our room was the cleanest I’ve ever seen in a hotel. I was very impressed with the high standard that the staff shown, from cleanliness, down to customer service. The reception staff were very polite and our housekeeper: Bridget, was so warm and welcoming, We always had fresh towels, and she couldn’t do enough for us. I would certainly recommend this hotel to my family and friends and I would definitely return for another stay.
