Travelodge Eastleigh Central

We stayed at the hotel three nights, but no room cleaning at all ,no change the dirty towels ,but the location is very good, very convenient

So I went there on Thursday 18th- Sunday 21st January. Myself and my husband got there and was greeted very politely by a lovely lady at the reception. We got to the room and was happy with everything. The only downside to the hotel is they don’t have dining services but there is a spoons next door. The staff are delightful and especially to the lady on Thursday (I can’t remember her name) and the 2 receptionists working on Thursday night :)

Great location. Not if an issue checking in but easily resolved

Room is a little dirty and old, it’s only a small window, but the location is nice.

Very good stay, room was immaculate and very hospitable staff especially a lady called Leanne I will be sure to check in again soon.

Having lived in the area previously we knew exactly what we were getting when we booked this hotel, but we specifically wanted great public transport links. When I made the booking I called to request they store our bags for a few hours as we would be landing on an early flight, and was told this would not be a problem. However, upon arriving at the hotel the desk was closed with a sign saying nobody would be there until 3pm, with only an 0800 number to call - which can't be called from a non UK phone. Eventually managed to find a number to call and manager was in the back and came out. I got the impression management had recently changed, as she said we should not have been told they could store bags, however she did graciously agree to help us out for a few hours, and we paid for an early check in to minimise the time the bags would be there. Room was VERY hot with a fan that didn't really do anything. Family room contained one double and two singles, all very close together, which didn't help us trying to cool down, but beds were comfortable enough. No hot water for shower/bath, but on a hot day it wasn't the end of the world. Our room was at the back of the hotel, and was not overly noisy Grabbed food from Marks and Spencer for a picnic dinner and then breakfast at the Wetherspoons next door which suited us just fine.
