Room wasn't that well equipped for the money--no comfortable chairs, not much place to put luggage, and the premium channels on the TV were out of order. But the staff was friendly, the room was clean, and the location was good.

房間很大，床很大很舒適。停車場很寬敞，位置也不錯。除了咖啡24小時有飲用熱水和茶供應，還有牙簽。早餐略簡單。

We stayed at the Ellery for the Northampton Backporch Fest. We were able to walk the 15 minutes to the downtown venues hosting the concerts. Walked back to the hotel at night and used the self check in process to get into our room. We enjoyed breakfast by the fire before checking out the next day. Highly recommend.

Room smelled like something died in it. I asked for it to be refreshed after check-in and was told it was just made up. I was offered a bottle of green fluid and told that I could freshen it up myself if I thought it was smelly. I asked to change rooms and was told you were booked solid for the weekend, so no. Had to sleep with all windows open to make the space even marginally tolerable. Not a pleasant experience.

I looked the room entrance from outside, cleanliness, decor, tv set up- my complaint though all the guests were respectful on each side you could here there conversations clearly and I have hearing impairments so the room are not insulated well for sound issues.

Nice quaint hotel, with a close enough location to Northampton Center (about a half hour walk). The bed was very comfortable and the floors looked new. The only issue was the walls were so thin, we could hear the next door guests talking and footsteps overhead. Still, a clean, affordable choice and would stay here again.

I have stayed here before and love the neighborhood and walkability, free breakfast, fireplace, and staff. Only thing for me is maybe a little too minimalist - this time I had a mirror in the room thank goodness, but very little space for things. It is fine for 1, ok for 2, but just.

Our room was comfortable and quiet and breakfast was good. They made a fire in a huge beautiful fireplace which made the breakfast room cozy. It was a great alternative to a chain hotel. We will definitely stay again.
