This quintessential sun filled 576 square foot Cape Cottage is located in the historic Fort Hill area. The home has been fully renovated with modern design and amenities. There is an outdoor shower, screened in porch, gas grill, fireplace and central A/C and ceiling fans for the summer months. The home is well appointed in simplistic and comfortable style. It s the perfect spot for a couple or small family. Please note, the maximum guests are two individuals. Given that this is a small house, the cottage has limited closet space. There is ample storage under the beds for clothes and two areas with shelves available for guests. Catastrophic Events & Emergency Evacuations If a catastrophe event (hurricane, tornado, earthquake, flood, etc.) or any situation simply beyond Del Mar Vacations control impairs the vacation rental, Del Mar Vacations is not responsible for finding alternate lodging for the renter or for the renter's financial losses related to transportation or alternate lodging. There will be NO REFUNDS OR COMPENSATION due to catastrophic or weather related events.
