Travelodge Eastbourne Willingdon Drove

Very quiet, room was spacious, bed comfy. We had to wait for just a few minutes for the receptionist so that we could check in

Had a lovely short stay at this hotel. All the staff are happy to help with any questions. Rooms are lovely and clean. Very happy with our stay. Spoke to the manager briefly, I think her name was Jess. She was so friendly and bubbly nothing was to much trouble.

Awful place. Tired, dirty in need of investment. Reception staff on arrival unwelcoming, more interested on being on his mobile phone

I stayed for one night, the check in was a stress free quick process. The receptionist was very welcoming and friendly. Room was immaculate and had an amazing nights sleep. Such a comfortable bed! Would definitely use this Travelodge again and would recommend.

I recently visited and was greeted with a friendly welcome from a lovely lady on reception called jess. I explained that i was disabled and she asked if i had any additional needs. She kindly offered to help me to my room with my bag. She is a real credit to the team and helped make my stay more enjoyable just by being polite and friendly. The reception area and hallway was nice and tidy, and the room was very clean and smelled fresh. There was tea and coffee in the room which was well needed after my drive. There were also some in the reception area for guests which i thought was a great idea. The bed was very comfortable and the location was nice and quiet, which meant i had a very good sleep. I woke up well rested and when i checked out i was asked if everything was ok with my visit. I look forward to staying here again in the future.

The best place for a little getaway treat for myself and my child! The staff were the friendliest I’ve met: very polite, friendly and was willing to help in anyway possible! The room was spotless upon arrival which is always a bonus! My daughter was over the moon with the children’s book corner I’d give 10 stars if possible! Definitely recommend and will be coming back soon!
