房間很不錯，可以自己做飯，離shop center很近

兩個挺大的房間，設施齊全，客廳挺大，陽台上可以看到風景

We stayed here for a couple of weeks and it suited us well as an apart’hotel. It was pleasantly spacious and had all the equipment needed for preparing meals: fridge/freezer, a 4 ring hob, cooker, microwave, utensils, crockery, cutlery. There’s also a washing machine and tumble dryer, laundry rack, iron and ironing board (but you shouldn’t put the laundry rack on the terrace). Its location, 5 minutes walk across from the Botany shopping centre (and bus interchange), is great if you don’t have a car, but there’s also a dedicated parking place (and we were able to plug in our EV through the window). The swimming pool was nice as we were there during a hot spell, but unfortunately it wasn’t open some days because of technical issues. The complex also has a gym, tennis court and barbecue and playground: basically it covers every wish for short or long term residents – and compared to other accommodation in Auckland it wasn’t crazily expensive compared to other places for the dates we booked. I appreciated the comfortable king size bed. The manageress was very friendly and helpful with a few little issues we had.

Very nice area. The place was good to stay at the only thing was when you run out of toilet paper you need to buy your own because they dont supply anything extra

Overall very good but bedroom has no heater - luckily, it wasn't too cold during our stay

Loved our accomodations as the apar**ent was warm, secure and safe

Security tab access did not work once on our 20 day stay. We had to use a manual key from street access, and therefore we had to park in the street. The manager reprogrammed the security tab but it continually did not work. Wifi kept dropping out at least twice a day and had to reset our devices when this happened. When we checked out and handed the keys in the manager did not even ask if we enjoyed our stay. We were there for 20 nights! This is our first and last time staying here under the new management and have been coming here since 2012 when is was owned and run by Waldorf, who were always very friendly.

The property was secure and close to shops for everyday needs. Staying for 17 days and only assist in keeping apar**ent clean was change of bedding/ sheets and towels once a week. I asked for bin liners and dishwashing powered after been finshed. Told this is not included in the stay :( :(
