Nice place I’ll prob stay again and I’m very good area the staff was helpful when needed

It’s was okay thought it was way different from the reviews got there can’t swim hallways are hot tv had to be on 50 to hear it and had to pay for parking

AC didnt work and they didn’t send anyone to fix it. Room was dirty and old, carpet was filthy. Smelled like ********* as soon as you enter the front desk area. Horrible customer service

No coffee offered in the lobby as advertised, the hall ways smell of ****. There is definitely a sketch vibe. Had to put chair in front of the door. Staff are ok they say its a non smoking hotel but the smell says other wise.

Manager VERY rude. I stayed a day previous. I booked & payed through *******. I was charged an additional $5 @ check in on the 1st. The woman who identified herself as the general manager charged me $12.50. She said it was for parking. Ok so when I told her I only paid $5 a couple days ago, she said she would discipline him. she asked me if the person wore glasses, which I didn’t remember, she says “so u don’t wanna get him in trouble”. Aside from calling me a liar, any customer that is charged inconsistently is not satisfied by a threat to another employee. I rent rooms across the nation & have NEVER been charged additionally for parking. This manager got irate with me for asking questions & continued to rant about all the other hotels in the area also charging for parking. She also said that ******* explains these extra charges when I book with them. Which is false. I was totally dissatisfied with the service and professionalism of this manager & will make sure not to book a stay @ this motel 6 ever again.

As simple as a no-frills motel like this one is, I was vert pleased with the customer service!

We stayed here the night before our 6am flight for just about 5 hours. Staff was friendly and helpful. The airport shuttle driver was friendly even at 4 am when we had to leave to catch our flight. I didn’t feel very safe outside of the hotel due to lots of sketchy lookin people walking around.

I had a rough start at first with the shuttle being a hour in half late picking me up at the airport. I had a confortation at the front desk.Things did improved a great deal was treated better by the front desk personnel and got a extended check out time granted by the manager and the shuttle bus was a better experience going to the airport. Overall my stay was good just needs some improvements

EVERYTHING FROM NASTY ROOM, SHOWER HAIR IN A MADE UP BED! DISGUSTING, AS WELL AS ASHLEY WHO SAID SHE WAS A MANAGER, WHO WAS ON HER CELL PHONE THE ENTIRE TIME. I REQUESTED NEW ROOM SHE GOT ANGRY & REFUSED.
