This beautiful condo with new flooring and updated furniture is located in the Columbia Valley situated within the Kootenay Rockies. This 1 bedroom with a king size bed has direct access to both the bathroom and balcony. If more sleeping space is required the sofa has a queen size bed as well. You are provided with a private kitchen that includes all new appliances and private laundry near the entrance. The balcony provides both a fire pit and BBQ and has gorgeous views of the mountains and the Riverside Golf Course. If golfing isn't your thing there is also kayaking, hiking, horseback riding and skiing in the area.
