First hay, the room mas not clean. Remaining days the housekeeping services were mediocre.
When we talk to the management about why the room mas not clean, we feel ignored and not even an apology mas given ( or a form of compensation for the pre paid services not rendered). The only comentary by the top management was that they will investigate the incident.
Completely unprofessional and taking advantage that the room mas PRE PAID. Certainly you expect more professionality from the Mariott brand.
