Floor had hair on it. Had to ask for toilet paper and towels. Laminate on floor was cracked & the was a mouse trap under the bed. Shower made a funny noise when turned on.
Location is great. Hotel would be decent to just sleep in if cleaned up.

The first room they gave us was filthy. The second room was just about the same. No light bulbs in the lamp, the walls had writing on them. no smoke detector. No one cleaned our room we swept it out. We never got fresh linen as we requested.

I travel to Indianapolis with my family with a new born baby and 2 little boys, I booked a romm for 2 nigths at this place. When i open the door it smelled like cigarettes and the bead sheets where really dirty i wasnt gonna put my baby in those dirty sheets so i had to go buy some from Wal-Mart. Also the heater wasn't really working so the room was cold as well i end up buying a heater Wal-Mart. The bathroom where disgusting.

This was by far the absolute WORST Red Roof Inn I have ever encountered! I couldn’t wait to write this review.
There was urine in the seat, holes in the wall, stains on the bedding, a busted heater and it LOOKS NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURES ONLINE!
I received refund from our incidentals deposit however still waiting in the 2 rooms I paid for as the supposed manager still hasn’t responded. RUN!
******* needs to investigate the hotel being in their platform.

Killed 3 bugs in the room. Room was in horrible condition and was not clean. Couldn't take a bath because there was no way to plug the tub. Worst hotel ive ever stayed in and would never stay there again.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are a bit outdated but it is quiet and located near restaurants. Easy access to lots of things

Bathroom very dirty and bed sheets had stains. Not enough towels supplied despite being indicated on reservation.

Could be one of the worse-conditioned rooms I've ever stayed in. There were pools of water in the bathroom that we had to keep mopping up with towels. No internet. Security latch on door was broken. No emergency exit procedures posted. Nothing in the room to provide locations of things like the ice machine. TV remote didn't work well.

This was the worst hotel experience of my 49 yrs. For 95$ this is what i recieved. The tub had mold around it. The overhead main lights didn't work. The mattress was old and hard. You could feel the springs in your back and the few pillows that they gave you were razor thin. You also had to slam the door several times in order for the door latch to catch.
