Amazing hospitality, staff is very helpful throughout our stay thank you so much

The hotel is located at a close proximity to the Dwarka main temple and that would be the biggest positive. Room size is decent with modern amenities but the bedding linen needs improvement...looks a little dull and lacks brightness Food was acceptable but not wow...Gujarati thali ( at lunch) was not a wow and could be improved.

Unprofessional. On checking in I was surprised to be shown to a room which was already occupied. For a building that is only 5 years old it was in a shocking condition. We eventually arrived at our room. Poor maintenance A tatty room with floor boards that were separating the lights near the mirror were not working. A soap tray in the shower room was sitting at a jaunty angle and was loose. Scary as it was made of glass. The AC shut off several times without reason and there is no fan! Lack of Cleanliness The room had a musty smell of mould. There were black stains on the wall. Maybe mould? The window was disgustingly dirty with what looked like some greasy marks. Similar fingerprints are on the glass for the door of the restaurant. There was dust on the floor around the bed which you could feel with your bare feet. The toilet seat looked dirty but when I tried to clean it with a tissue it appeared to be stained. Poor Food Breakfast, Lack of variety fruit. Cut fruit was old and dried out. No choice of healthy bread. Poor choice… too many cakes and sweet breads and not enough fresh fruit, health bread and salads. Very mediocre food quality and taste. We receive cold masala dosa on cold plates .. not good. Chai was good and the fresh juices were ok. Inconvenience The TV didn’t work as the bill for the channel box was pending. Considering all Of the above I don’t consider this hotel to be good value especially after the enormous 33% tax
