Phản Hồi Từ Khách Sạn: Dear Guest,Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are pleased to hear that the apartment layout with a living area suited your needs and that our location next to the central station was convenient. We note your comments regarding parking costs and the check-in process at the garage. For clarity, there is a public underground car park beneath the hotel, connected by lifts. As it is operated by Contipark, tariffs are determined independently, and payment is made directly at the pay station in the garage. Parking is subject to availability due to limited space and cannot be reserved in advance; should the car park be full, our front desk team can suggest nearby alternatives. We recognise your frustration about the first night’s charge and appreciate you highlighting the point about the hotel guest button.Thank you again for your review of Adina Apartment Hotel Dusseldorf. We value your perspective and hope your future visits to Düsseldorf are comfortable.Kind regards,Andre GiellietDuty Manager
