酒店到火車站只需5分鐘，另外有其他公交，也十分方便，酒店清潔和整齊，早餐也有足夠的選擇。到超級市場和食店走路大約10分鐘。

酒店對面就是一個火車站，離杜塞爾多夫中央火車站就2站，大概10分鐘就可以到。和歐洲其他酒店都差不多，沒有拖鞋，沒有牙刷之類的。其他的都還行。

Hat alles super geklappt. Der einzige Nachteil war allerhöchstens die Bahn, die man regelmäßig gehört hat. Sonst alles top. Leckerer Kaffee!

除了地理位置不優，價格、服務等方面非常滿意 廁所非常乾淨各個細節非常完美 下次一定一定會再來一次 只可惜需要自駕才方便

Ужасное

Around hotel is a tramlane. So bring your earplugs or wake up as Frankenstein. Staff is friendly and really wanted to find solutions for the mess: Booked a superior room, with request for a quiet room. Got a quiet room but standard, not superior. My feeling said.... This does not look good at all. Here it comes... Arriving back at 4.00am at the hotel, I wanted to take a quick shower and than sleep. My Key did not work. Could not enter the room. Took almost 1 hour(!) before staff just walked me to the room and opened my door. So now I'm in my room with no key. Woke up at 10.45 and asked if breakfast was still possible. Yes, no problem till 11.30.... friendly reception lady told me. Arriving downstairs, all was cleaned. Friendly lady from breakfast said they stopped at 10.30. Not 11.30 as mentioned just earlier. I asked if I could have something small. Not looking for problems. Took some eggs, cheese. Since I don't eat meat I asked for some tomatoes and cucumber. Guess what, not delivered at all.... Brings back some DDR memories. After a quick bite, went back to reception. Waited again until staff walked me to my room again.

hotel has no restaurant - they just warm up pizzas for you no parking spots available - for 120 rooms they have 20 parking spaces - they rended the rest for long term one man for check in, serve drinks and warm up pizzas for full house - this is not human and not respectful for employees

Niu Seven is a wonderful hotel with a top notch team. The rooms were excellent and the beds were super comfortable. The quality of the room was only topped by the phenomenal customer service (reservation team, front desk, house keeping, breakfast, etc.) all around. Highly recommend.

Nach den Bildern erwartet man doch etwas mehr Eigentlich ganz pfiffig gemacht Aber nach wenigen Jahren sieht der Teppichboden bereits unappetitlich aus, etwas Reinigung würde gut tun Aber am nervigsten ist die Parkplatz-Misere, wer zu spät kommt .. der muss halt leiden Schade dass Hotels in Wohngegenden gesetzt werden ohne ausreichende Tiefgarage, die Nachbarn sind wahrscheinlich auch genervt

Das Niu Seven ist neuwertig, etwas nüchtern, aber dem momentanen Baustil entsprechend. Das Personal war freundlich. Sogar später am Abend konnte ich ein Getränk an der Bar bekommen. Die Zimmer waren schlicht eingerichtet, leider funktionierte der Fernseher nicht. Einen Kühlschrank sucht man vergebens. Die Tiefgarage war leider besetzt und es war etwas unangenehm, mein hochwertiges Fahrzeug am Straßenrand zu parken, in einer eher etwas schwierigen Gegend. Obwohl ich bereits bei der Buchung und dann noch mal beim Check-In meine Firmendaten angegeben hatte, wurden diese erst am Tag der Abreise erfaßt. Wartezeiten für Gäste könnten vermieden werden. Die Frühstücksleistung war gut, auch wenn der Sonderwunsch nach einen Omlett nicht erfüllt werden könnte (obwohl ich bereit war, diesen zu bezahlen). Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis war gut.

Das Hotel entspricht nicht der Darstellung auf der Webseite. Das Servicepersonal war jedoch sehr bemüht und freundlich. Ein weiterer Aufenthalt kommt für uns nicht in Frage.
