Môi trường khách sạn rất tốt và vị trí tuyệt vời. Cơ sở vật chất rất mới và dịch vụ tại quầy lễ tân cũng rất tốt. Tuy nhiên, có một điều là thang máy của khách sạn gần đây bị hỏng, cầu thang rất hẹp và khó đi.

Khách sạn tôi tìm trên Ctrip là một trải nghiệm tồi dựa trên số lượng phòng tôi đã đặt. Thái độ phục vụ của nhân viên lễ tân vào đêm tôi nhận phòng rất tệ. Thay thế quạt không thể được cung cấp. Nhân viên tối hôm đó thực sự không phù hợp với giai đoạn hiện tại.

Tôi thực sự thích một khách sạn rất tốt, nhỏ, đẹp. Đặc biệt là toilet có sưởi… phòng rất sạch sẽ. Nhân cách tốt đẹp. 

Không vừa ý, bàn chải đánh răng cứng như bàn chải đánh giày. Người phục vụ không nói được tiếng Anh. Chỉ có thái độ phục vụ lễ tân là tốt.

The room was the same as the online photos, it was quiet and clean with a very comfortable king size bed (180cm / 71 inces wide) and the bathroom even had a Japanese style toilet (with water spray) and a heated seat. The large room has a bath/shower combination, other rooms have shower. Breakfast was a very tasty buffet with a range of bread, meats and cheese, cereals, fruit, vegan options, fresh juices, and coffee / tea. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The air-conditioning in our room was ok but had difficulty cooling on warm summer days (+25°C / 77°F). Secure parking is a 5-minute walk and costs €18/day. It’s a 15-minute walk through a nice park to the old town or a 5–10-minute walk to the main shopping street. For a good German beer and meal try Hirschchen, the restaurant next door.

I am in Düsseldorf quite often and last time I tried this hotel different from the usual German hotel chains.. it is also a small 7 hotel chain with a very accurate and cute hospitality. Comfortable, elegant, vintage style with young friendly staff, good fresh breakfast and clean room. I will be back for sure! Very good also in terms of location.

Booked a 2 night stay at the hotel. Upon arrival we were told that our reservation was canceled by mistake and the hotel was fully booked for the first night. After a 1,5 hour wait we were told that we could spend the first night at an Inn which was a 12 minute walk from the hotel, the second night we stayed at Muze. 1,5 week after the stay I am still waiting for the refund of the Inn, which we had to pay upfront. Poor customer service from Muze

This is a really stylish bouquet hotel close walking distance from the heart of Cologne and we loved it. Breakfast was included had great variety., including vegan, options. Nice Nespresso coffee in room and at breakfast and to top that all off the price is really good.

If you are looking for sophisticated and more intellectual concepts regarding interior design you have not many options. So this is a rare find. I dislike to stay in a Kindergarten like concept, bicycle on the wall, or dead because perfect by not offending anyone with an individual and not risk checked solution say luxury hotel. I was impressed by the interior design and its comfort. The service is excellent and staff very very friendly. Food and drinks are excellent. And you could feel a bit of glamour and at home at the same time.

Small but very nice rooms, we stayed at the top level and the bathroom was very spacious. Cleaned everyday and nice toiletries. Breakfast was delicious and enough, the bar had enough options but the night waiter was rude and didn’t know any of the cocktails, wine or strong beverages the hotel offered and didn’t want to look them up.
