No frills but great value with very friendly staff. Beds are comfortable and showers great. Breakfast in the morning had excellent range of choices nice and handy for train station and feels like a short walk from wherever you need to go. I would definitely stay again if back in Düsseldorf

I stayed in Hotel Schumacher in Feb 2022 and it was great value for money. It was a simple, clean hotel with some funky art on the walls. The location was good for me, and near a train station and walking distance to the centre of Düsseldorf. Staff were nice, and I had a good experience here. During my stay there was a massive storm, so the room was quite noisy due to this, but I don’t think this would normally be the case. The on-suite was nice and large, and the room was very clean.

Voor de prijs een prima hotel. We hadden ook incl ontbijt, basic maar goed en compleet. De dame maakt verse roereieren op verzoek. Parkeergarage zit stukje verderop. €10 per dag is ook prima te doen. Het centrum is een 15-20 minuutjes lopen.

Posizione ottima a 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione e la fermata della metro. Camere nella norma pulite e confortevoli. Grandissima gentilezza dello staff, sinceri e disponibili. Colazione ottima e variabile. Un ottima soluzione insomma.

Hoewel het hotel van buitenaf een beetje verouderd eruit ziet, is het binnenin voorzien van alle comfort die je nodig hebt: nette kamers, zeer vriendelijke staf die bereid is om dat ietsje extra te doen voor je, een ruim en lekker ontbijtbuffet, een goede ligging om een half uurtje stappen van het oude centrum ...kortom alles wat je nodig hebt voor een zeer goed verblijf. Maar vooral: een uitstekende prijs/kwaliteit verhouding!

L'hôtel est bien situé, la chambre est spacieuse, fonctionnelle et calme, et elle est équipée d'un frigo. Le tarif était élevé car nous sommes allés à Düsseldorf lors d'un événement mais le réceptionniste a eu la gentillesse de nous faire une réduction sur le petit-déjeuner. Le petit-déjeuner était très complet, avec du salé et du sucré. Il manquait seulement une machine à café avec diverses boissons chaudes, car seul du café était proposé. Nous recommandons néanmoins cet hôtel sans problème !

Heerlijke kamer op de eerste verdieping. ondanks drukke straat voor het hotel heel erg stil op kamer en in hotel. Heerlijk ontbijt dat telkens goed aangevuld wordt. echt allemaal heel erg goed verzorgd. Lovely room on 1st floor. Despite the busy street in front of the hotel we heard nothing in the room. Breakfast is lovely, all the time supplied with new fruit, bread, eggs etc. Information in hotel lobby where there is the possibility to buy some small snacks for the night. Parking of the car nearby for about 12 euro per day. 24 hours. Nice and friendly staff! Well worth your money!
