I stayed one night on a business trip. Upon arrival around 8pm I was told I had been upgraded a level of room due to the hotel being fully booked. I thought this was lovely until I entered the room which was uncomfortably hot. I called down to ask if I was using the aircon incorrectly, only to be told that it was in fact not working - something they clearly knew but had neglected to tell me. I asked to move rooms, they said this was not possible and why can't I just sleep with the window open. They also said perhaps they could get someone to come and service the aircon the next day - to which I had to remind the staff I was only staying one night. In the end I had to beg for water, ice and a cup, and try to sleep with the windows and curtains open for some air. Deeply uncomfortable and disruptive night. Other issues: Hand lotion diluted; Shower gel empty; Key gets stuck in the lock; hideous experience calling down to reception for the wifi code, where the lady on reception said, and I quote, "I'm very busy, people are trying to check out, can you just come down here?" When I said this was inconvenient as I was due to join a work call, she actually huffed down the phone! Why can't they simply put the password and username in rooms, or hand it out upon arrival? This place is bizarre.

POOR HOTEL SERVICE EVER !!!! I made a booking with this hotel. I have tried 7 days to contact this hotel. NOBODY takes the phone. Nobody replies to my emails. When we arrive today at 13h00 David from reception comes.Very impolite ! I showed the number of calls we did, he didnt had any interest. He was really annoyed. I showed him the email. Didnt gave any reply !!!!! He said we booked 1 night. It’s wrong. After showing the booking, he he saw we booked for 2 nights! Never had this expierence before in any hotel! POOR HOTEL SERVICE EXPIERENCE !

Schönes, sauberes & großes Zimmer. Sehr freundliches Personal am Empfang und in Restaurant . Essen und Service Top! Sehr gute Stimmung in der Bar. Lob an Pietro und Team. Erwartungen übertroffen, ich komme wieder, einfach alles Top! Weiter so!

Modernes Hotel mit tollen Zimmern. Freundlicher Service. Eigene Tiefgarage 24Std/20 Euro, praktisch. City nah, auch zum Flughafen. Moderne Einrichtung der Zimmer, tolles Bad. Frühstück von der Auswahl zu diesem Preis, übersichtlich und qualitativ nicht gut. Der einzige Schwachpunkt. Schade.

Wir wählten dieses Hotel aufgrund der Nähe zum Flughafen. Der Check In verlief reibungslos. Das Zimmer war gross und schön eingerichtet, die Minibar sogar inklusive (auch diverse Biere). Das Frühstück war ausreichend und frisch angerichtet. Leider war die Bar an einem Donnerstag Abend geschlossen, meiner Meinung nach ein No-Go aber nunja. Parken konnten wir direkt vor der Tür, am Feiertag sogar umsonst. Allem in allem win gutes Hotel. Wir würden wieder kommen.
