We stayed here one night and getting a room with an air conditioner which cannot be switched off providing cold air while the temperature is minus 5 degrees outside. It was FREEZING! The lady was very nice and trying her best to provide some other things(breakfast, drinks etc.) to make the situation better. We wished we could’ve had her to take care of us at the very first beginning so we would not end up with a very bad experience. However, it’s quite difficult to change our image about this hotel. Especially taking the consideration of the gentleman who was taking care of our check in process horribly: cold, ignorance and not supportive AT ALL. We booked a room for two via Trip, but this guy insisted that the system shows we booked a room for only one adult. After with no explanations or apologies, we were asked (forced) to pay extra for getting the room, which turned out to be the broken FREEZING room. Definitely not recommend paying 150 Euros to get a room or service like this.

Next to the central station, clean rooms. Free train pass for the stay.

The location is nice, close to the train station in a walking distance approximately 10 minutes. Easy for transportation, in front of the hostel is a tram station. In top of that, if you register for H reward, the hotel offers you a free transportation ticket! The room was clean and nice. I have nothing to complain about. In total, I give all five for this hotel.

房間很贊，地理位置非常好，離中央火車站一步之遙，裏面住宿很舒服，裏面的早餐很棒。一流也有吧枱，其中餐廳服務員很親切，前台接待很和藹友善。

デュッセルドルフ中央駅からとても近くアクセスが良かったです。 また受付の方がどなたも優しく安心感がありました。 朝食はつけていませんが、クッキーが置いてあり小腹が空いた時に嬉しかったです。

房間很小，價格很高，前台服務員工作態度一般，不過周圍距離火車站很近，交通非常方便，整體性價比還是比較低

杜塞爾多夫施泰根博格城際酒店，距離杜塞爾多夫中心車站幾百米，是一家老酒店了，地理位置優越，相當nice的地方

房間很乾凈整潔，酒店旁邊和對面就有吃飯的地方！周邊環境也不錯！早餐很棒，有泡麪！難得能見到！

離火車站很近，服務好，房間舒適，就是燈太暗了。
