Khi tôi bước vào, hệ thống sưởi ấm trong phòng đang bật hết công suất — không thân thiện với môi trường lắm, và khó làm mát phòng bằng bộ điều khiển nhiệt độ phòng khó hiểu. Nội thất có vẻ hơi cũ và lỗi thời. Vì một lý do nào đó, họ đặt một chiếc bàn thứ hai trong phòng, đặt ở một góc khó xử so với giường trước cửa sổ, chiếm mất diện tích sàn. Không có gì thú vị ở khu vực xung quanh — nếu tôi không có việc gì ở khu vực này, tôi sẽ không ở đây. Điểm nổi bật là bữa sáng tự chọn, rất phong phú, với nhiều lựa chọn.

Khách sạn lớn không xa ga tàu, đi bộ 10 phút, vị trí tốt nói chung, ga tàu điện ngầm n*** cạnh khách sạn. Nhân viên tuyệt vời và rất hữu ích. Phòng cũ và không sạch lắm, nhưng rất rộng và giường thoải mái. Phòng tập thể dục nhỏ và không có nhiều máy móc. Đồ ăn trong nhà hàng tuyệt vời! Và giá cả rất hợp lý. Good hygiene that was up to standards. There was a working airconditioning and a good blowdryer. The location was okay since it’s close to the places we wanted to visit, but if you want to go to Little Tokyo or Altstadt you have to pass the train station, which feels shady and unsafe at night. I also missed toothpaste and slippers in the room. Overall I had a nice experience!

The facilities and infrastructure are new and nice. Except that we asked for room cleaning service from the reception, but the room was not cleaned when we were back, and no good reason for that. Also there was a bug, maybe cockroach, in the bathroom. Not very pleasant to see it. But in general it was nice, the reception staff was very nice.

clean and very central located hotel. only 1 metro station from main station, hotel located right next to metro station. hotel offer me a family room with baby bed and kitchen.

酒店房間特別大，服務好，酒店大堂也大，出門也方便，真的是很不錯的酒店。

Genial excelente ubicacion a 2 min a pie para llegar a la estacion. Solo a 1 parada de la estacion central. Fui a un concierto de PANTERA ubicado en el Mitsubishi Electric Halle y fue la mejor opción.

"Das Zimmer ist klein, und die Schalldämmung ist extrem schlecht. Man kann die Gespräche aus dem Nachbarzimmer sehr deutlich hören. Die Zimmer liegen direkt nebeneinander. Die Handtücher im Badezimmer waren schmutzig und hatten sogar einen starken Geruch. Bei den Kaffeetassen beim Frühstück musste ich die fünfte Tasse nehmen, um eine einigermaßen saubere zu finden. Das Servicepersonal beim Frühstück und an der Bar war unglaublich unfreundlich und der Service insgesamt äußerst schlecht. Es ist wirklich unverständlich, wie dieses Hotel vier Sterne erhalten hat. The room is small, and the soundproofing is extremely poor. You can clearly hear conversations from the neighboring room.The rooms are right next to each other. The towels in the bathroom were dirty and even had a strong smell – extremely unhygienic. At breakfast, I had to go through five coffee cups before finding one that was relatively clean. The service staff at breakfast and the bar was incredibly unfriendly, and the overall service was extremely poor. It’s truly baffling how this hotel received a four-star rating.
