The hotel was nice! It wasn't as spacious as most of the other Springhill Suites that I have stayed at. The breakfast was pretty good. The area was nice and so much to do. The hot tub was fabulous, but the pool looked dirty. Overall, I had a great trip.

My roommates and I got a hotel room cause our power was out. We brought our devices and charged everything. I left early the next morning to catch a flight and wasn’t there to double check the room. My roommate left his stream deck by accident. I called the day after we checked out and they said they’d check and call me back, no one ever called. I called a few hours later I was told the same thing and they left me a message saying nothing was found. We have searched everything… the last time it was played was while we were there. A thing like that doesn’t just disappear. Horrible horrible reliability.

Came to visit our daughter at Christmas and had a very nice 3 night stay at the SpringHill Suites in Durham. From check-in to check-out everything was as we would expect it. All of our experiences with the staff were very positive. Room was large and comfortable. Plenty of light in the room which is sometimes an issue. Very clean and everything worked. Breakfast each morning was a very nice touch. Better than most breakfasts we've experienced over the years. Hotel was very convenient to food, shopping and the interstate. Would definitely stay here again.

My stay was great up until Sat when I had walked in my room and the housekeeper had taken two things that belong to me and nobody could find it this morning not even the head of housekeeping

Very nice place to stay in durham. I was visiting someone & for me the location was perfect. Plenty to choose from for eating

Heating system in room not working; however, portable (noisy) heater provided second night of stay. Bathroom floor was sticky. Disappointed that room did not include pull out bed as described.

This hotel was wonderful aside from the room itself. So many things were broken when I arrived. The iron did not work and the ironing board was broken. When I went to call the front desk, the phone didn't work either. The flush handle on the toilet fell off when I used it. And worst of all the sewage smell when you turn on the shower was overpowering. They switched me to another room where everything was fine except for the shower again. I was worried the *off* smell of the water would stick to me all day at work.

The property was nice. A few small
Things in my room like bathroom floor was a little dirty and furniture was nice but a couple wear marks. The area around seemed nice but when I took a walk towards one of the shopping areas there were some derelict drug/scary dudes who seemed to be trying to intimidate me. Don’t know if this is near a drug treatment center or methodone clinic of some sort. Overalll seemed very safe and the pool/hot tub was very nice.

This property had many good points but also a few negative (one entrance not open, parking on the other side of building was poor lit & also heat in room was set to 75 degrees but it felt much cooler than that & the clock in the room reflected an incorrect time and could not be changed.
