Khách sạn đẹp, phòng đẹp, vị trí trung tâm, rất gần các điểm tham quan. Nhân viên rất nhiệt tình và tốt bụng. Trải nghiệm tuyệt vời ở khách sạn và Dunhuang !

Phí năm sao, nhanh chóng tiêu chuẩn khách sạn. Hơn một ngàn phí. Câu hỏi là, có những khách sạn khác tốt hơn và rẻ hơn, tại sao lại giới thiệu khách sạn này? Số một trong các đánh giá tích cực? Hợp tác sâu sắc? Bị giết? Điều lạ là có phòng vị trí tốt hơn, giá rẻ hơn trên ** nhưng Ctrip lại không hiển thị nên bạn phải search. Tôi đã phát hiện ra nó vài lần trong hai hoặc ba năm qua. Ctrip có quen thuộc với nó không? thất vọng! Trong tương lai, bạn phải chính xác hơn trước khi dám đặt hàng.

Đánh giá V4 của Ctrip ban đầu cho tôi ấn tượng khá tốt về khách sạn, nhưng tốt nhất tôi cũng đừng quá ngạc nhiên. Ngày 28/7, tôi phát hiện một trong những chiếc khăn tắm có mùi giống nước tiểu chó, nước tiểu chuột. Tôi nhờ lễ tân thông báo cho bộ phận hậu cần lên xử lý. Điều khiến tôi cạn lời là chỉ có mình tôi nói một lời. Sau đó, mang nó đi mà không có bất kỳ sự theo dõi nào. Lúc đó tôi đã nói rất rõ rằng tôi cần một câu trả lời. Cho đến khi rời đi, tôi thậm chí còn không đợi một câu trả lời chứ đừng nói đến một lời xin lỗi. Tôi thực sự không ngờ rằng chuyện như thế này lại xảy ra vào đêm cuối cùng trong bốn ngày lưu trú của tôi. Có khá nhiều khách sạn gần đó, vì vậy hãy thận trọng.

Đồ ăn sáng không ngon, rất khó chịu Bạn phải trả tiền đồ uống trong tủ lạnh ở nhà hàng Họ không giải thích trước khiến người tiêu dùng hiểu lầm. Môi trường phòng kém và bãi đậu xe khó khăn. Chỉ có hai thang máy, lại có rất nhiều người chen chúc nhau nên việc lên xuống rất bất tiện.

Great hotel very near a great restaurant “清真马哥烤羊排” Walking distance 1.5 km to the night market .. went in November temperature 5-10 enjoy cold air. Very good service, staff is very helpful and polite. The travel agency at the hotel also very helpful and help to plan and advise on itineraries.

Overall satisfied. Room is large enough and clean. Service was very good. Breakfast only Chinese choices, there are some bread and coffee but not considered as western breakfast. As it is in Dunhuang, not much expected and it was OK for few days. Only things we did not like were shower and spot light type light in the bathroom. Water flow of the shower was OK but the water temperature always changed and not possible to adjust to an appropriate temperature. One important thing I need to mention. My international VISA card was not accepted. I was lucky as I had a Union Pay card.

This is a great hotel 10 min walk from the night market. Great buffet breakfast, free laundry. The staff is really trying hard to be super polite and hospitable. The only issue with our stay was one of the two rooms we booked had an horrific sewage smell emanating from the bathroom. Think rotten cabbage mixed with urine, seeping out into the room and the adjacent hallway. It’s probably not the hotel’s fault — not a lot of water in the desert after all — but we felt like they should have relocated us or compensated us in some significant way. 😷🤢🤮

This was a great hotel for us! The room was quiet and comfortable. Even though they don’t have non-smoking rooms, they gave our room a treatment to remove any smoke odors, and we didn’t smell any smoke! However, sometimes we saw people smoking in the halls near the elevator doors which was unpleasant, or in the restaurant which was also unpleasant. But overall, it didn’t bother us. The breakfast was good except for the terrible coffee which did not even taste like coffee. The service is very good though, with friendly and kind staff. And they have very good clothes washing machines available to guests, for free. It was very helpful! I would stay here again.

The service was exceedingly good at ZhongZhou hotel. I stayed with my wife and had a second room for my daughter and son in law. The lobby always had someone to open doors/press the elevator button for guests. What really stood out to me was the attitude of the workers. Breakfast typically starts at 7, when I mentioned I had to leave at 6:15, the worker at the restaurant told me to come early, and she would have it ready for me. Unfortunately no fitness center but the laundry room was a plus. There were also plenty of washing machines (no dryers). This hotel truly felt like a second home. The rooms and beds were also comfortable and clean. A fantastic stay overall, would definitely stay here again.

Large, clean, well-appointed rooms with effective air-con, infinite free bottles of water, a good breakfast and just 15mins walk from the lively night markets and bridge. Trip bookings also get a 3pm checkout. We also stayed in a supposedly more high-end hotel on the edge of town at double the price, but we much preferred this hotel.

Very kind staff, providing excellent service. Rooms were clean and spacious. A cat seems to be the owner of the place and hangs around (in case you’re allergic) to make sure everything runs smoothly. One point to improve: a working coffee machine and a dryer for clothes.

The staff went out of their way to be welcoming and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located near downtown shops and restaurants. There is a great selection of foods for breakfast and the room is spacious and comfortable.
