Grand Soluxe Hotel Dunhuang

This hotel has a great location. The facility is good, and the staff is friendly and helpful. I had only one problem during my stay in this hotel. The hot water is only luke warm. I guess that the central heating system is too old and cannot maintain a higher temperature. This is a serous problem need to be solved.

We like the hotel, which was nice hotel near the center of Dun Huang. The service was good, all staff we met were friendly. Convenient for walking to the city center with shopping, banks etc. Easy to find the rental car. The breakfast buffet were plentiful with different foods for both Chinese and Westerner tastes, the only negative thing bout the breakfast is the lousy & very think coffee served during the breakfast. The hotel restaurant is closed for dinner, we found some nice local ones nearby, one of them on the river side with great night light show. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The double room was full of smoky stink!! As we arrived very late, we were told there is no other room available. The hotel should have separated rooms for smokers and non-smoking.

Nice bathtub and room though a little outdated. The only issue we had is one staff member insisted on us not going to the Crescent Springs nearby because it didn’t open until 9 am even though we knew it opened at 6, and tried to convince us not to go when we asked for help buying tickets. It was very odd, it’s the main attraction there I’m sure she knows the hours. We went at 6 and it was open as always, according to baidu and the staff, enjoyed a beautiful sunrise luckily didn’t listen to front desk.

非常有幸入住陽光沙洲大酒店，是我本次旅遊當中最滿意的一次住宿，原本是定了另外一家酒店，路過陽光沙洲大酒店時，酒店建築面積在市區內相當壯觀，個人感覺算的上是最大的酒店而且建築風格有着西域獨特風情。一進酒店車場，就能感受到工作人員的熱情和友好。 酒店前廳小喬，非常專業的介紹了酒店詳情，還帶我們去看了房間，小喬的專業服務，得到了我們夫妻二人的認可索性就退掉了原來預訂好的酒店，選擇了陽光沙洲大酒店，入住時酒店前台還給我們升級了房間，小喬親自幫我們把行李送到房間。詳細介紹了旅遊景點和美食街的相關情況及旅行當中的注意事項！在入住過程中還會在我們需要幫助的時候第一時間出現。恰到好處的服務讓我們感受到了何為賓至如歸！因為小喬無可挑剔的服務，給我們的敦煌之旅添加了一道色彩。總體來説，陽光沙洲大酒店確實是個不錯的選擇。同等價格下，這裏絕對是你來敦煌之旅的最佳選擇。給點小建議：酒店可以做一些專門的取電卡，不然取電卡和房卡會混淆吃早餐的時候拿錯卡很麻煩的！

這家酒店會教訓所有迷信“五星”的住客！工作人員的服務是五星級的，説話客氣禮貌，有理有節，是這家酒店唯一符合五星標準的！但是房間條件太差了，完全跌出了“老舊”這個層面的問題，比如空調聲音超大、且不製冷。床品很差，床墊難睡、布草質量也很差，枕頭衹標配一個。一次性拖鞋都不主動放在房間裏，必須打電話自己要求。洗澡水很小。洗臉盆下水不暢。早餐很差很難吃很難吃。——能改善的方面，全都不做改善。大堂有個長興租車裡麪的工作人員堂而皇之的吸煙一路吸着走在大堂裏，你們這樣用二手煙危害我的健康我就想“問候”你們全家！總之，就是個老舊三星級的標準，收着五星酒店的費用，比阿壩縣和三千米高原上大柴旦的酒店還要差很多，肯定是不會再來了。
