Travelodge Dunfermline

Very friendly staff Annie and Yvonne Easy check in, Very helpful with directions and time tables. Rooms warm clean and we had a great sleep.

The layout was perfect, especially the long desk and comfortable chair! A King sized bed with great pillows gives you a fantastic sleep! And the ensuite bathroom with a good shower - what more could you need? Well there's a Freeview TV plus some free tea & coffee with milk sugar & a kettle. Five stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I have never really been one to leave reviews of places I have stayed. They've always just been a pay, stay and leave situation I never really had anything to write about, travelodge just had a standard of customer service that we always get,but dunfermline was so different, because of Annie [I think she was a manager or team leader] it is Annie and solely her customer service that has made me what to write a review to highlight her to higher management so they understand just what a gem they have. Nothing was to much effort for her, and it seemed a very busy shift with officials coming and going to a broke lift, she always had a lovely smile on her face and took the time just to get to know people even though she clearly had a lot to do. She was on the front desk, on phone calls, as well as cleaning rooms during my stay. I'd often see her cleaning around the building. But it was herpolite manner that really highlighted her to us. It was so naturally there, not fake. She took a real intin us, why we were visiting , recommending places she's been too, great knowledge of area. I spoke to 2 housekeepers during our stay and both were lovely AND helpful. They seem to work hard shifts butalwaystime to stop and speak. Hotel itself was clean, big room, broken lift was fixed fast during our stay stairs didn't hurt us . Will 100% stay at travelodgr again, thanks toAnnie and her team.

I love a travel lodge and this one didn’t let us down. Great location, large comfortable room clean when very clean bedding. Staff helpful and good parking. Good value for money. We have stayed there before so happy to return. Thank you a1 👍👍👍👍👍👍

I booked this hotel because it was near Edinburgh, not that far. Only 25 min drive prices were very reasonable as we entered and was welcomed by a very friendly lady Maddie she was very approachable was willing to help. Rooms were spot on the only thing I didn't like was one of the house keeper was on her phone don't know her name she was talking loud. But everything was great customer service is brilliant by the receptionist.

Stayed over Christmas holidays as family in Dunfermline. Hotel was only used for sleeping as we spent all day at family home. Hotel was spotless, Staff (Yvonne,Annie) were amazing, so happy and welcoming. Hotel doesn’t have a bar which I think they’d benefit from as they have the space in reception for one. Breakfast box was ok but didn’t buy again after 1st morning as didn’t think it was good value for £6. Tea,coffee and water free in reception. Car park was also free and massive never had any issues getting a space. Well kept grounds. Will 100% stay here again in April when visiting family for Easter break. Thanks again Dunfermline
