Security and parking The hotel offered easy access and secure parking The in-room tea and coffee facilities were convenient, presentation was eye catching , selection of tea and coffee suited my preference. Great gratitude to Cory the supervisor on duty who welcomed me to the hotel

Front of house nice, friendly and chatty. The place was clean and tidy inside, only downsides were the overflowing bin outside the main entrance and the noise from the nesting crows at the back of the hotel, the latter cannot be helped by the hotel but maybe ask for a front facing room for a quieter nights sleep.

Friendly and impressive service from Mandy and Maya. Real asset to the organisation. Well done both your professional attitude and service is 2nd to none. The hotel is due an upgrade but the service from staff is helping to fill any gap. Will definitely visit again hopefully after the upgrade

Despite being by the side of a main road we enjoyed a good night’s sleep in a large comfortable room.Very friendly and helpful staff who recommended s as nd booked us a meal in a nearby pub.There is a Starbucks and Greggs adjacent to the hotel plus a Shell garage

Great place to stop. Excellent stop for a longer trip into the Highlands. We may stay later this year when we travel to Aberdeen

It was the lovely and extremely helpful lady in the reception called Mandy (receptionist) which is worthy of 5out of 5. She was very helpful to amend my booking due to a computer glitch which she managed with kindness and made me feel very welcome

Our stay at Dumfries Travelodge was good. Mandy, the receptionist, was friendly and very accommodating. We can't praise her highly enough. The room was comfortable. We would definitely stay here again. There is nothing more to say, but I have to continue until I have a minimum of 200 words!

Another visit to my favourite Travelodge, and I am still very impressed. The staff manage to maintain very high standards and are always a pleasure to deal with. This time my room was at the rear of the property and I had the pleasure of hearing the dawn chorus of nesting birds in the background. I still recommend a visit to this excellent hotel.
