Best Western Windsor Inn

One off the staff members very rude for no reason not professional at all

It was a great quick night stay. Staff were friendly. Only problem was our shower head was leaking water down the wall kind of made a mess after everyone showered but over all great.

Staff was very nice and welcoming. Location was perfect. Beds were comfortable, and bathroom was clean. However, the room had an unpleasant smell, carpets were terrible. Since we stayed in a room for pets, there should be no carpet at all. Toilet continued to run all night! Shower head needs to be replaced. Bathroom wall behind door needs a good cleaning. I would probably stay again. Husband said breakfast was the best so far. Sausage, eggs, biscuits, gravy, fresh fruit.

We had a good stay. The pool was clean as a pool pro I appreciate the quality of cleanliness of the pool. Not enough towels in the room. Facility was clean inside and out. Breakfast was hot and plenty of drink choices.

It was ok. Hot tub wasn't what I expect in a hot tub. I always look for a place with hot tub but this place wasn't the greatest for that. Like I said, it was an ok stay for the 2 nights.

There was a roach that crawled on my back. I pulled the bed back to find living spiders, roaches and dead beetles. They helped switch rooms only to find more dead bugs in both rooms I switched too. They would not give refund, and the front desk argued over if they had roaches and she brought a cup of dead bugs from the room and said “see no roaches” I clearly showed her a video and she said I’ve had that experience elsewhere too and didn’t get refund. Do NOT stay here because I promise you there are dead and living bugs behind the beds.

I accidentally booked a smoking room even though we do not smoke. The room was clean enough that we knew it was a smoking room, but it wasn’t overpowering. The shower head was high enough we didn’t have to duck to shower since we are both over 6 feet tall.

No complaints. Nothing fancy, but a decent place to lay your head for the evening. Staff was friendly

Check out time is at 11 am but they come in your room at 9 am and remove stuff before you have checked out. I understand that they start cleaning at 9 am but if you have not turned in your key then most likely you are not out of your room. Other that that the stay was good and the room and bed was good.
