I took the last train and arrived at station at 9.42pm. While I was on the train, a customer service officer from Trip.com contacted me and advised that the lady at the hotel will finish work at 10pm. I explained, Trip.com called me back and said the lady will waiting for me, so relieved.
I was using Apple map and could not find the place so I asked a restaurant owner nearby and he advised that it’s on the 1st floor not on the ground.
Once arrived, the lady showed my room and asked if I want to see a larger room, she will upgrade for free, I accepted with thanks.
She couldn’t speak English, we added Wechat and she helped me a lot. She advised where to go sightseeing, restaurants and also check price and book a car for me to go to Panda Base in Shenshuping. She replied all my questions very quick.
I asked not to clean my room and she kept asking if I want more water.
The room was clean with no cigarette smell. It’s very close to station, shop and restaurants.
I received some gifts after checkout.
I will stay here again when I return to Dujiangyan.
