Theres very little chance of an early check in or ability to leave you bag of you arrive early so keep this in mind. The location is fantastic, 2 mins walk to the Pile gate and a few cheaper food options nearby like the Asian next to Hilton and Tomato pizza. The room is well appointed, although our room did have a slanted ceiling which made the left side of bed a bit of a bend to get into. There was a kettle and fridge which made for an easy breakfast with two small supermarkets next to pile bus stop. The view out the small dormer window was of the water and the fort, a great bonus. The aircon stopped working on the second day but messages were promptly replied to and it was fixed within hours. There is also no place to store bags after 10am check out, they provide links to services around Dubrovnik but none are convenient to the apartment.
